Sean was my tax preparer, after doing my taxes I had penalties from CCA, state of Ohio, and the federal tax service. I ended up trying to call Sean without a return phone call. I called him three times. I ended up stopping in his office. The secretary went to tell him I was there and I overheard him talking to her stating "this guy called me three F-ing times" After hearing that I walked out. Sean still did not call me, The secretary did. this experience was horrible. On top of that I was charged $500 for my tax return... I will never be back.

After almost 2 weeks I received no response to my e mails and when I contacted the business my call was not returned or the voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. Since I was getting no where just waiting around I went in to see what was going on. At this point it was almost 3 weeks since I dropped off my tax information and come to find that the taxes were not even started.
