They do such a poor job on anything you might conceivably care about: correct facts, efficient communications, accurate bills, customer service attitude, you name it. Once they left me sitting at a car dealership while two salesmen and I sat and WAITED for them for TWO HOURS to fax a piece of paper to the dealership that they were supposed to have sent the week before!! I had to keep calling over and over again, while the salesmen sighed and tried to make light of it, using my prettiest-pleasiest voice to beg them to fax it - each time they snapped back at me about the extreme annoyance of what trouble it was and they just didn't know when they were going to get to it. (Again, they had been asked to send it the week before.) At this point they are technically engaging in insurance fraud, because they continue to refuse reimbursement of insurance for a vehicle I no longer own - about which I immediately sent them notarized letters of sale. After many attempts with our previous agent, I contacted Todd and within two days he found us a policy and was able to get us insured saving us $1000s of dollars. Recently moved from Janesville, WI back to Deltona, FL after being gone for over four years, and…read moreone of the things on my huge to do list was switch my insurance back over to a local agent. I had a couple of options here, but I saw that this one had a higher rating, and I can see why. I dread phone calls; making them, answering them, any of that... but the person that I spoke to was really nice, super helpful and efficient, and made it as easy of a phone call as one can possibly be, which I appreciate! My rates went up, which I knew was going to happen, because this is a more populated area with more heavy traffic and more accidents in general. But I have the Drive Safe and Save app, which actually does save me a good chunk of change on my monthly bill. I explained that I need a paper copy of my insurance policy card in order to go switch over my drivers license, because I'm not sure if I can use the digital one, and she told me one would be printed out and sent to me, along with a new Drive Safe and Save Bluetooth beacon because mine isn't registering correctly anymore. I was very pleased with how she helped me go over my coverage to make sure I was happy with what I was paying for, and saving as much as possible. She was really super helpful and nice.
