Our relationship was fine until I wanted to cancel my policy. I had paid my premium on time every…read moremonth and never filed a claim. I moved to Oregon and bought a new car. I called Robert to cancel my policy the day before it was set to renew for the following month. About a week later, I received an email stating my payment didn't go through. I responded that I had canceled my policy. About 2 month later, I received a message stating that my account has been sent to collection. I was very surprised and frustrated by this. I emailed Robert asking if he could get this taken care of. Unfortunately, he responded that since my policy was no longer active ( I am not a current customer) and since it had already been sent to collections there was nothing he could do and advised me to reach out to the collection agency. This was extremely disappointing and not an acceptable solution; as I was responsible and canceled my policy correctly. I ended up having to contact Farmers call center and spent about 2 hours to get this resolved. The associates that helped me in the call center were very understanding and helpful. What a terrible way to end the relationship over $36. And quite frustrating to have to do all the leg work and spend the time to get this resolved when Robert's office had made the error.

It was a very long four years of stress and grieve from this divorce, but she made sure to have the voice of my children and mine heard. I was in an abusive marriage (more so emotionally/mentally abusive) and it was very draining, my kids suffered and were traumatized more from it. In the beginning of our divorce, my husband played the victim and was able to manipulate the court to favor his side with no actual evidence and just all hear say from him. Karen was the only attorney here in Tri-Cities, who could take on this case and get the facts straight. I had two very un-knowledgeable attorneys before who did nothing, but take money from me. Karen actually did her homework did some digging and took the extra time to investigate and provide proof and took on my husband's manipulative, lying attorney and pulled them both out of the water and wrung them out. I am so proud of Karen for the hard work she accomplishes for her clients. My life would have been very different today, if I wouldn't have invested in her. I am so happy she took on my case because she was hesitant at first to take on my case because of how nasty my husband and his snake of attorney had made it look. The phone number brought me to Northwest Employment, a company that, for the low low price of $190, will help you get a job. I was upset that the ad had tricked me into calling, but decided to be open-minded and see what they had to offer before writing them off as a complete scam. I had just been telling my husband the night before that I would pay good money for someone to help me find a job, and here was someone asking for good money! So I listened to the woman's spiel, despite her brusque, bordering on rude demeanor, and rushed, I-don't-have-time-for-this tone. If it works, I suppose it's not such a bad deal- they say they give you access to hundreds of jobs, and you get to meet with employers same day. However, I do not spend nearly $200 without first discussing it with my husband, or, for that matter, having more than 30 seconds to think it over myself. I politely told her that I had had two interviews earlier in the week, and didn't think it prudent to spend so much money before hearing back from those employers. She responded, brusquely but appropriately, with something along the lines of "We wish you luck." I opened my mouth to ask for her name and extension, so that if I needed the service next week, I could speak directly to her (in case of commission), but she had already hung up! Reading the above paragraph, I suppose it doesn't sound that awful, but I was very taken aback and offended. I was seriously considering this service, despite the somewhat dishonest way I came into contact with them. I could not believe the complete lack of customer service and common courtesy- as soon as she realized I wasn't whipping out my credit card, she was done. I didn't use the tone I normally use with solicitors- I wasn't shutting her down, or weaseling out of the situation- I simply was not willing to part with $200 less than a minute after being made aware of the service. I was ready with pen and paper to take down her name in case I didn't get the two jobs I had already interviewed for. I've never been hung up on by a business before. Ouch. I suppose it's a good thing, though. The internet seems to be rife with complaints and screams of "scam!". Even if you choose to trust what they sell, beware that their customer service is abysmal, and take your business elsewhere.
