Best service and best food I have ever had in an Airport at a very reasonable price!!!!!!

Bryant Martin from Lake Tahoe, Ca This place is great. The staff is super friendly and nice. JB and Janell are awesome. Chef David rocks. Made me a very special request which was amazing. I asked for some salsa and they didn't have any. There supply truck was late that day. The chefs assistant overheard me ask and personally made me fresh pico do gallo for my special dish. It was amazing. Beers here are reasonable!!! I've paid a lot more at other airports. This is my first time in the Houston airport and I'm very thankful that I landed in this wing of the airport. Don't go. You have to place your order and in my case I ordered a coffee that took 10 minuets to get even though the coffee pots were in arms reach. Then the manager just looked at like I was dumb, I will admit I was tired from an overnight flight, hence the coffee. I found out later that they didn't have any clean cups or to cups. We had a 3 hour layover at the Houston Airport. We approached our gate and saw the H Burger Bar and thought we would give it a try after a miserable experience at the Seafood Landing Restaurant, which we left without eating. We were instantly greeted by Jeamell with a big smile asking if we needed any help to navigate the ipad. She made suggestions of her favourites and stayed with us while we ordered. Start to finish Jeamell didn't miss a beat to ensure our stay was perfect. We watched Tania prepare each dish precisely and very obviously with a pride in presentation. Tania, Jeamell & Kelly were so lovely and our experience was way above what we expected. read more

Just spent two weeks in New Zealand and took a 13 hour flight back so I was hoping for a good American hamburger. Unfortunately this was not it. For a $12 hamburger I expected the bun to be a little fancier than just a normal bun. It was just a plain bun but even worse had just come out of the freezer--ice cold. The fries were lukewarm at best. With those and 2 drinks the bill came to $30. Ridiculous price for mediocre food. The service was good. Not that I spend much time in the Houston airport but if I do, I will never go here again. read more

We ate breakfast at this restaurant on March 5th, 2019 as it was very close to our gate on Terminal C. We had 4 vouchers of $10 each, from United airlines and ordered the food only after asking if they will accept the vouchers. The server said that we have to use our credit card first but will see the credit within 4-5 days. However, today is March 16th and we don't see any credit. I tried to google any contact information of this restaurant but couldn't find it. We did get the receipt via text message but phone number is incomplete. So we can't call back either. read more

The burger was pretty good. The bun was straight out of the bag and not toasted. The bar was greasy and felt unclean. The service was bad.

After 3 flight delays, a mechanical failure and a pilot not showing up Lonnie at H-burger was the highlight of our layover in Houston. While most of the people we encountered at the airport looked like they were tired of life Lonnie was a shining star in a bleak expanse of airport workers. My barkeep was awesome, assuring my delayed flight wait was delightful. The kimchee burger tasted good and reminded me of Korea from a couple years back. The only downside was that I never got my receipts for my expense report. I chose both text and email options, but never got them at either place. This means I'm out about 60 bucks. :( read more

I was just waiting on my connection flight to New Orleans and wasn't expecting much from the food or service in the airport. But your bartender Lonnie Smith exceeded all of my expectations. He didn't mind showing me and a few other people at the same time how to use the iPads. At first i was reluctant but Lonnie helped me feel at ease and informed on using the iPads. Had a layover in Houston, looked like a good spot. Lunch menu does not start until 11am, the guy next to me is allowed to order something off the lunch menu early, I'm told I have to wait another 45 mins. Just shitty business practices. read more

Awful service-none to speak of as you order from a screen. They make you pay first, take 12 minutes to try to get your drinks only to tell you they are out of what you ordered. We just wanted a quick drink before boarding our flight, they have no understanding that they are located in an airport where people need to get onto planes. They had to call a manager from another terminal to try to give me a refund, he told me it was going to be awhile as none of the worthless employees can issue a refund. It didn't happen, the screen kept giving him errors as he tried to refund my card. He literally wrote his email address on a napkin and told me to email him in 5 days regarding my refund. I'm pretty sure I paid $22 for nothing and will not get my money back. Total shit show and super rude to boot. Pathetic read more

I slipped and fell at this restaurant at the IAH airport a week ago yesterday. The floor where I slipped, had a greasy film to it. Manager had me write information and/or statement on a receipt paper. He stated that he had no incident type of form. Hard to believe with a company "OTG" being so BIG. They are everywhere and/or in almost all airports nationwide. He told me that someone would call me in 24 hrs later, it's been 168 hours later and no word from them. Thank goodness that I'm still alive and able to write this. I did contact OTG Management today. The gentleman took my contact information. Hopefully they will contact me. My advise to you, is if you walk in or out of the Women's restroom across from gate C-41. Do it with CAUTION that is the area where they keep the trash carts and other restaurant supplies. read more

Stopped at this cool little bar on my way out of Terminal c south I loved it the bartender was very sweet and helpful when it came to ordering my drinks it doesn't take a genius to order from a iPad I had a nice cold glass of evian and a drink called H mule it was sweet and spicy and very delicious definitely coming back for one of their big burgers read more
