I've watched professional hockey, basketball, and now football (Legends Football League) at this venue and it is a great little sports venue. I don't believe there is a bad seat in the place. Even with my cheap tickets I feel close to the action. Bring some binoculars and you feel like you're on the field with them. Hockey was definitely my favorite sport to watch here, but the football was a lot of fun too. The parking is $10, but you could always ride share. There are several concession stands, and the draft beer is $8 for small and $10 for large. During the game they had the obligatory Kiss cam, but then they had the beer cam, which was funny. Basically, people were supposed to attempt to chug their beverage when the camera was on them. It made for some entertaining tv. I'm looking forward to attending a concert here. I would imagine it will be a great experience. read more

My husband and I scored free tickets to the bull riding event that was in town this last weekend. We arrived early so we scored a decent parking spot. The cost was $10 to park. The doors open 1 hour before the event. The elements outside were threatening a down pour and the venue was aware of that. They got us in a few minutes early and I was happy since it was just starting to sprinkle outside. They had blocked off some of the arena on the side we were on. The was tons of different places to eat and drink. We stopped into one of the lounges for a drink before the bull riding started. This was definitely a spot to check out because of the entertainment from the patrons who were already getting their drink on in there. I am not a fan of paying $10 for meh beer but I can't really so much there since almost all events make you at least $10 for a big beer. I wish there was a better selection for draft beer. Carol (upstairs) makes (by far) the Best nachos and is our family's favorite. She's always welcoming and a pleasure to see. Scott with Bahama Bucks is the place my children love to stop with the best sweets. And of course you can't not get one of Priscilla's hot Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Always good! Everyone is always so nice here and are always looking to make the game and experience the best possible. I'd highly recommend going to a game. read more

Author's Note: This was originally posted under the NOLA, Texas Food and Music Festival but Yelp saw fit to put it under the Cedar Park Center. Shame. Anyone thinking to attend this festival in the future, should they have it again, will probably never see this. I shoulda had known....any event at the Cedar Park Center is gonna cost some serious $$$ and/or the blood of your first born child. I knew it was gonna be $15 for parking but I'd gotten my tickets on the cheap thru Groupon, so I figured that evened out. What I didn't know is that a can of beer (Blue Moon no less) was gonna set me back $8 each! Or, a frozen "Hurricane" that tasted like a fruit punch snow cone would be $12, which included the commemorative plastic cup that we threw away. Also, didn't realize that several of these food/drink trucks were cash only so we had to hit up the onsite ATM and you NEVER want to have to do that....the service fee wasn't quite as bad as the ATM's at the strip club (I've, uh, heard...) but still. On the up side, there were plenty of food trucks and options to eat. On the down side, any place offering Cajun food (only two of about 10) was sporting an hour long wait line. And, at the end of that line we got a meh, mediocre Muffaleta, some admittedly tasty Maque Choux and some gummy "beignet sticks". God help you if you actually wanted crawfish. There were about 100 people in line for those little boogers all day. I don't get the attraction, thankfully, and also I was too cute in a white shirt and skirt to get that nasty. Meanwhile, the pizza, burger and Evil Weiner trucks sat mostly idle all day. This leads to the fact that, yes, I did see that most of the music in the afternoon was outside. What I din't know was there was no shade (and me without my sunscreen) and everyone was sitting on the grass (and me in a short skirt without my blanket or chair). Irregardless, I sat on some real happy prickly grass anyway and enjoyed the shit out of Bob Schneider. And there you have the only redeeming quality of this festival.....the music. They sported an incredible lineup of local and Lousiana legends that came to the festival and brought their best shows. Bob killed it, having everyone up screaming "TARANTULA" at the end of his set. Then we went inside (thank god for A/C and vodka in the inside bar) for the legedary and hirsute Leon Russell, then back outside for my first introduction to Asleep at the Wheel. I'm ashamed to say I'd never seen them and they put on a hell of show, having me two steppin around my hubby like a dang redneck stripper pole. We chose to leave at that point but I was sad to miss Dr John and Robert Randolph. I don't know if this was a "First Annual" type thing and it'll roll around again next year...but if so, I'll be better prepared with sunscreen, a blanket, a flask and a full belly going into it. Worst place ever to see events at. Traffic is insane and is terrible managed. Save yourself money and avoid it at all cost

I had a great time at the Cedar Park Center the other night with 3 good buddies. We had a Guys Night out to watch some bad-ass Titan Fighting MMA. All four of us, internally were reliving Saturday Morning KungFu. If you are under 30 forget that last sentence, as you missed this wonderful time in TV history. Back to topic sorry. This was my first live MMA event. I have been a big fan for years, watched tons of pay per views, but there is nothing like seeing it live. Dude!!! We saw a KNOCK OUT, TAP OUT, SUBMISSION, & some more great Decisions. These guys were warriors. I will definitely be back for another MMA event, live show, and I am even thinking about getting Stars tickets. The staff is really nice, my only complaint would be to get more bartenders in the bar. Having only 2 at the bar won't work for us thirsty Texans... ; - ) DO IT!! read more

Its a horseshoe shaped venue that provides decent viewing, irrelevant to seating location. Season ticket holders are presented with entry into the Coors Light Club Lounge. This is where you'll find a full bar, sort of, and a few tables to relax before your favorite team shows and the game gets underway. The bar is sort of limited. I hapen to ask for a typical Old Fashioned but they couldn't as they didn't have simple syrup. However it has enough to wet your whistle, or at the least, wash down that GMO popcorn. Its a decent venue. I wouldn't pass up another opportunity to catch an event here. read more

Tips for watching a Hockey game here... 1.Park near an exit, yes it may be a little longer walk, but trust me, when its time to leave you will thank me. 2.If you are a bigger guy, and by bigger I mean larger then a small child. Sit in a seat in the isle or with one empty next to you. These seats are TINY, well not that tiny, but pretty small. I have very large shoulders and am wide, and I had to spill into the seat next to me. Luckily my SO is used to sharing the bed with me, so she didn't mind much haha 3.Bring a hoodie,scarf, jacket, whatever you keep warm with. It is pretty chilly in the arena. You don't want to have to buy a $15 Stars scarf or $25 Hoodie b/c you forgot yours. These 3 tips will treat you right here. The arena is very nice, clean, modern, well designed. I really did enjoy my experience here. I paid for drinks and candy what I do at most sporting events so its no big shocker there. The parking was 10 cash. I could see them jacking it up for concerts but for the hockey game it was priced well IMO. Yes they asked my fiance to open her bag, but they do this everywhere, not sure why people get upset over it. Thats why they invented boot flasks, duh! lol The experience as a whole is one I enjoyed and definitely plan on doing again. My only gripe about the place is its too far, haha yes I know thats not a real complaint, but I still want to whine. read more

The new Cedar Park Center is a nice new addition to the city. Much smaller than we expected, but very nice. We watched the Texas Stars play against San Antonio Rampage. The rink is cozy and all seats have a great view. I can't wait to go see a concert there, and expect it to seem really intimate without a bad seat in the house. Of course beverages and food were pricey, but that's to be expected in a venue like this. Give it a try when you can, definitely worth it. read more

We attended the Tracy Lawrence concert last night with friends. The center did not inform us that the headliner that we paid for, Mark Chestnutt would not be performing or offer us an opportunity to be refunded for the tickets we had already held for a year. The center has replaced its comfortable seats with hard seats fit only for children. The Belamy brothers who were the replacement for Mark Chestnutt were very good, but both other acts, Kyle Park and Tracy Lawrence were almost impossible to understand. All the words to the songs were run together and almost whiny. You could not understand the words to the songs at all. The only song that was clear was Troubador and I believe that he sang that song in a key and style that was more like the original artist. We left the show at least 30 minutes early because are backs, necks and rear-ends were achy and irritated for sitting so long on such poor seating. read more

Dang, I need my neck adjusted. Getting too old for this shit... Baaaaadasssss concert!!! Great acoustics! Great lighting! For a $55+ floor seat for Tool, couldn't ask for more. We couldn't believe our ears when 101X said that Tool would be at the Cedar Park Center. I don't care where Tool is playing; I'll be there, but if Tool is gonna be at the Cedar Park Center? I say hell yeah!!! 10min drive from our house baby!!! There are beer stands and restrooms located very close to each entrance of the arena which was very convenient when you're jammin at a concert. We didn't even have to miss anything cuz there are beer- boys walking around with baskets full of beer to satisfy our thirst. No reason to complain about beer prices because it doesn't matter what event you go to nowadays whether it's a concert or a sporting event each venue makes a ton off of us sud suckers. Can't complain about the seats either cuz my butt never touched the chair. Oh, and no hockey means no ice on the floor, which is good for us bouncing head bangers because it would've gotten even crazier on the floor. Sorry ya'll, we have nothing to complain about here besides the $15.00 parking fee (I guess Cedar Park Center got their 5 bucks back from us). If the Cedar Park Center can handle heavy metal like Tool and still have great acoustics that should tell you a lot. I've been so-so about the HEB Center when I have been here in the past for hockey or basketball games. But I have to say that they are hitting it out of the park with these drive-in concerts. We attended the For King & Country Christmas tour and had a blast! We were in section 5, which put us about halfway back in the parking lot, but we were dead center of the stage, and we had a grass area in front of our spaces. We had a full blown tailgate party set up. We brought our own food drinks, comfortable camp chairs (way more comfortable than the seating inside the arena), and the kids were bundled up in blankets. The staff did a great job of getting everyone in their spot, it was very well managed and the entire team clearly knew what they were doing. I'd love to see more concerts like this! read more

This is a nice facility. I have seen a hockey games and Cirque shows here. The place is clean. The chairs are comfortable. I really don't think you can get a bad seat as it isn't that large. They do have some decent vendors and selections for food and drink. I like they have some local vendors like Amy's Ice Cream. Women's rest-rooms have enough stalls. Yes, there can be a line but moves quickly. Plenty of parking as well. Cons: Parking is high. The cheapest I have paid is $10. The most $20. There is no where else to park. This place is isolated so you have to pay. It is like another service fee to consider. Why am I paying for parking? You have a big enough lot. Is it to help pay for the building? Some day will the parking fee go away? It makes me so angry. In the middle of the city the Long Center only charges $7. Why is it so high out here? Then to get out of the parking lot can take some time. Why don't you hire some off duty officers to manage the traffic? The other major con for me is the location. It is past 1431 on 183A. I am a native Austin. So for me this is almost Waco. Kidding! But honestly to make an event here around 7 or 7:30pm on a weeknight is difficult. We live in Westlake and left our house at 4:30pm to get here by 7:30pm on a Thurs. Yes, we stopped and had a bite to eat but traffic to get here is terrible when everyone gets off work. I actually do think twice before purchasing ticket for events here. read more

So this place really is in the middle of nowhere. It is a nice venue, and they had a nice selection of beer, wine, and frozen cocktails, as well as snacks, pizza, and BBQ. Parking is $15 (that's what we paid for a concert on a Sat night) which is totally BS because there is plenty of parking. The venue was clean and well organized, with restrooms and concessions located conveniently outside of almost every section. We saw Brit Floyd, a Pink Floyd tribute, and it was really amazing. The usher allowed is to sit anywhere in the section where there was open seats. I would come back, but it's not my favorite venue. read more

Love this place! Why five stars? Here is what I love and why! Very INTIMATE venue for a variety of things - most locations are great seats. It's CLEAN. There's EASY pay SURFACE PARKING (albeit expensive parking) that is well lit, well marked, and well maintained. It's clean and feels safer. (I'd rather pay for it to be nice then deal with a high rise garage and confusing, dangerous feeling, long walk - especially with children or at night.) There is a FREE drop off and pick up area in a cul-de-sac out front right off the feeder. I have seen excellent customer service at CPC as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had an employee be rude and I have gone to many events there. (including concerts, rodeo, circus, hockey, birthdays etc.) It's in a great location which is easy to navigate. During events they seem to always have people directing traffic. Now to be fair, I also have to add that we generally don't eat there. So I can't comment on that. We go to see whatever and that's it. Venue food generally is just not our thing. read more

This place is gorgeous, but it is still in Cedar Park and I have to agree with others in that the prices they charge for parking, beer and food are outrageous (guess they gotta pay for that big beautiful building somehow). We got the free tix to Summerland (Thanks Kelly) and it was a pretty decent show, most of the seats are good seats in the house and it brought us back to our days of 90 grunge rock, even though most of the kids around us were there for the toadies...I enjoyed listening to American Hi-Fi and Fuel. Fine space for events (they have concerts, on ice events, hockey). We went to see the Texas Stars (Austin's minor league hockey team). There was no fee for parking. We paid ~$46 for "vip" tickets, which means you sit in the area where there are waitresses to deliver you food and beer (however the prices are a couple dollars more than going in to get it yourself). Also, the tipping is weird - it's $5, $10, $15, $20 instead of the normal % tips you see, so if you're tipsy, be sure you are tipping correctly :) Food is NOT good. Hot dogs ($5) were lame (I usually enjoy the occasional ball park dog); however the kettle chips that come if you buy the basket were probably the best thing we ate. Popcorn ($5) forgettable. Pretzel ($5) was the worst I might have ever had IN MY LIFE (but I am from Philly and we have great soft pretzels...) MetroDeli inside looked like it had decent food, and there was also a BBQ joint inside. 16 oz beers were $8 and 24 oz were $10 when delivered to seats. They had 4 drafts: Miller Lite, Coors Light, Leinenkugal (keg was kicked), and ? They also had a bunch in cans and bottles. They sell wine indoors. No reentry after 3rd period. Lots of kids there, so bring yours if you have one! And don't forget your coat! It is an ice skating rink! read more

My first concert here! Easy to find. Drove right up, found parking so quickly. They did charge $15.00 and it is cash only. Walked in through the doors, lots of security checks, I was only 3rd person in line, so that went quick. I said I needed the Will Call area to pick up my tickets. The lady directed me to the right. I walked right up to the window. Not a single person in line. Woohoo! Gave the lady behind the window my ID. And she got my ticket within minutes. I walked over to the left with my ticket, a lady looked at my ticket, told me my seats will be around the bend. I saw the concert T-shirt area, so I stopped and got my concert tee. My door leading to my seats was just a few feet away from where I bought my tee. Had no problem finding my seat. Another lady guided me as well. So helpful when you're in a place that you've never been to before and not sure where to find your seats. Fantastic concert and everyone was super helpful. I love this venue. I'll follow you to know when more shows come here! Bathrooms everywhere! Clean and believe it or not, the lady's bathroom line wasn't that bad at all! They do serve beer and food. We went to a Texas Stars Hockey game last night. We had club level tickets center rink and our seats were very comfortable. This is a nice size ice arena. Every seat appeared to have good views. The arena was a little more than half full, so we didn't have to fight big crowds and I got into the ladies room without wait :) The face value on our tickets was $45, which might be a bit high for families. We are from Hockeytown, where you would pay just about anything for seats to see the Red Wings. I still think $45 is a bit high considering they also charge $10 parking and food and drink are high. We spent $21 on two beers and a (tasty) Bloody Mary. Unfortunately the prices I think are pretty standard for an arena/stadium venue. It was a super fun evening; even though the Stars lost 5-1 (embarrassing by hockey standards). I would go again, but would probably only go for another hockey game. Can't imagine this would be a good entertainment type of venue acoustically. Next time I will try to get a group to go so I can buy group rate tickets. I would also carpool and put a cooler of goodies in my car or take a tailgate. read more

The venue is nice and clean, but the parking situation is abhorrent. $15 to park in a giant lot--there is no shortage of parking here, so why have such an exorbitant fee? It's cheaper to park in the middle of downtown. Additionally, for that high fee, you would expect the employees to know how to direct traffic. This is not the case. They take your money and then ignore you; no one was directing traffic at all. On the bright side, there were good local vendors inside. The security is strict but moves pretty quickly. It'll be a nice enough place once they figure out a reasonable priced and managed parking situation, but i won't be going back before then. read more

if you find any show that you want to see is taking place at the HEB Cedar Park center, RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY. That venue is a shit show that is poorly organized, fails to be able to move large crowds, and the ridiculous up-charge for parking was unbelievable ($25) , especially since its slow payment solution was the reason so many people were late for the show. for an entire goddamn stadium, there were 3 parking attendants taking payment. If i had been alone in the car, i would have just sped past them, because their unthoughtful capitalistic money grabbing caused backups at 3 or more traffic lights, one that serviced a goddamn highway exit. Also, if you find airplane seats to be mildly uncomfortable, wait until to you try sitting at this fuckin place. if you're a woman's size 18 or larger, theres no way you're comfortably fitting in the standard seat. the arm rests aren't flexible and honestly, i think it makes them nonADA compliant. I tried to sit and felt both armrests prevent me from making it to the cushion. read more

For a large sporting venue this place has not lost the personal touch. All the ushers and security team are super friendly. Great seating layout for good views pretty much anywhere. I have seen the circus, rodeos and even Cirque Du Soleil here and loved every event. read more

I want to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent policy change that charges customers for making change. As a loyal and long-standing customer of your grocery store I believe this new practice is both unfair and burdensome to shoppers like myself. First and foremost, this change puts an unnecessary financial burden on customers who often rely on using quarters for such things as doing their laundry. Not everyone has access to electronic payment methods or bank cards and requiring customers to pay an additional fee to make change feels unjust. Further more this policy shift creates an inconvenience for customers during their shopping experience . Waiting in line to make change, and then having to pay extra adds unnecessary hassle on an otherwise routine task. This might lead to a negative shopping experience and drive customers to seek alternatives elsewhere. 35 cents per roll! REALLY!!!! The bank right next to your store charged me zero to exchange my 20.00 for two rolls of quarters. read more

We have seen most of the Cirque de Sole' performances, and most were spectacular but the performance of Cirque Musica was one of the worst performances we have ever attended. We left at intermission, as with many others. The acrobats were poor, the story line line lame and the music marginal. Waste of money and time. read more

The HEB Center is okay, but only if you carry cash. Parking for the Cirque du Soleil show was $15 cash - if you don't have cash, you have to turn around and come back with cash. There's nowhere close to the HEB Center to park other than the paid parking lot. The venue itself is intimate (smaller than ACL Live at the W, for example) and acoustics are okay, not fantastic. I really enjoyed the Cirque show and I'd go there again, but remember to carpool and to factor the $15 parking cost into the ticket price. read more

I haven't been to an arena style venue in a long time. I tend to go to local, smaller concerts, but when a band from your youth starts to tour, you suck it up and drive to Cedar Park. There are a lot of things that make a visit to H-E-B Center expensive, but honestly the convenience of everything makes it worth it. Parking is $15, but there are so many spaces you're never more than a quick walk to the front entrance. Beer is $8, but they have tons of staff working, so the lines are kept super short. (and the beers are yuuuuge!) There are definitely trade offs, but the once a season concert is totally worth it. My favorite part of this venue (and the main reason for my review) is the security. They have metal detectors at the front gate. With all that is happening in the world this year, it's so nice to have that peace of mind - I'll pay anything for that. read more

You know you are out of your hillbilly mind when you are charging so much for parking that people let us park for free. Even with the fact that there really are no bad seats here - your joke timeshare priced parking with back alley lighting makes me avoid you at all costs. I wish I could give this venue a negative star rating. Last night at A Perfect Circle was one of the worst experiences that I have had at any venue and it was multiple aspects that contributed to such a crappy time. First of all, the parking was unreal. $15 to park in a venue where you purchased a ticket to see a show. Most venues will have this included in the ticket price! Instead they made the lines extremely slow so that they could make people pay for tickets to put on your dashboard. This caused traffic to back up all around the venue unnecessarily. Second, getting into the dang building was ridiculous. Long lines (again) and slow moving security lines. I've been to larger shows and sporting events where it didn't take this long to get in. Third, We get into the venue and noticed every concession stand is effing slammed. I mean the lines were ridiculous at each one! We got in line to get a margarita and some drinks. We get in line at 8:40, did not get our stuff until 9:05 (after the show started). When we get up the line we see several people standing around and a register that wasn't even in use. I got what was called a margarita but tasted more like a chemical slushie. $24 well spent! Fourth, The seating is so squished. I wish I would've brought some lube so I could've gotten into my seat better. My Fiance' was practically in my lap and I felt like I was in the person next to me's lap. Then to try to consolidate space, I put my arm around her only to have my elbow resting on the dude behind me's knee. This is not a good design and have never ran into anything like this. Lastly, the security staff was absolutely atrocious. They ran around like power hungry authority figures shining their lights in people's faces for using your phone. I can understand if someone was recording the show or taking excessive pictures, but these guys were jumping on people who were just USING their phone for general purposes. The way they handled this was far more distracting than anything anyone was doing. I went and checked all of the documentation and posts that they had around the venue and NOTHING mentioned that general cell phone use was prohibited. If this is a rule for the show, it needs to be clearly posted. As a person who frequents concerts, this had to be the worst venue that I have ever been to. Nice clean stadium, spacious bathrooms, can't remark on the seats, because ours were front row, so we had ample leg room. My only complaints are that they don't post the section numbers outside the building so you can park accordingly, and that the beer choices are scattered all over. Drank a junk import, and at the end of the game I spotted a guy with what looked like a Guinness on the Jumbotron, but could not find one in my search, even though I had to walk the entire perimeter to get to seats. Saturday morning, I'm driving away from an after party I crashed at, and having a phone argument with someone I'll refer to only as a Raging Moron Slug of a Human Being. This could have had the potential for ruining both the Texas Stars hockey game AND my 10-Year Highschool Reunion, both scheduled for that evening. And since he is a guy that is literally one chromosome away from being a common garden snail, I figured it wasn't worth it. It was time to start my Saturday. Originally, I thought my reunion would be the only event I could attend, but my radio friends pointed out that I would be able to make the game AND the reunion if I worked the timing right. Besides, I can't look a gift horse including VIP seats, a parking pass, hot guys fighting, and an evening with my friends in the mouth, now can I? Somehow, Nikki (from the Molotov Lounge review) was hanging out at the radio guy's house. She had found them their apartment. It took us a few seconds to process seeing each other so out of context and so soon after our work party, but like I said...this city is small. Or I'm just that popular. We made it to the Cedar Park Center, and one flash of the parking pass and we were settled within a minute. I wonder what parking is like if you *don't* have a space right by the door. Apparently we could hang out in their lounge if we wanted to. We sat down at a table and were assigned one of the most, shall we say, "absentminded" cocktail waitresses in recent memory. I was already halfway buzzed, but from what I recall we had a hard time explaining the difference between import and domestic beers. I had a Miller Light. Which cost $7.50. There was a buffet set up as well, which offered mediocre to OK-looking food, but you had to take a second mortgage out to afford the price of it. Cue sing-song voice: "Riiiiiiip-oooooofffff." Someone went and got a hot dog from a cart outside, and it was completely and utterly disgusting. But you know, it's to be expected...I suppose. When we walked into the arena, I wondered why it was so cold. Then I remembered we were at a hockey game. Maybe I should have laid off the beer. We sat down in our row and immediately got into the game. I of course was dressed appropriately (in Gucci) for my reunion, but not so much for a hockey game in Cedar Park. I thought I brought it down a notch by drinking beer. For the next hour and half, I tried dancing in my seat wildly enough for the camera to feature me on the big screen, but it never transpired. I saw one goal actually happen. I wanted them to fight. Hockey guys fighting turns me on. I didn't get a T-shirt from those cannons they shoot at the audience, and the last half hour was spent sitting next to a redneck family who were REALLY into their hockey and clearly didn't like us casual, boozy observers. Whatever. In the following weeks, I've been invited to another game, and also to a concert by someone called Ghostland Observatory. Unfortunately, Rocky Horror GLEE and the Project Runway finale trumped both these events, respectively. It came time for me to hightail it downtown. I'm dropping a star off my initial review. We went to see Cirque last night, and while the show was great and our seats were good, I just can't stop thinking about how they charged me $10 to park in their own lot (it's not like you have any other parking options), and then when the show let out, we sat there - frozen in a line of traffic- for 15 minutes in the lot while cars whizzed by the main feeder road. Seriously, I had to pee, so each second seemed like an eternity. There were no parking lot cops directing traffic out of the place, we finally saw one lone guy out there trying desperately to get people out of the lot. This whole "pay to park in our lot" thing has to got to stop. All major sporting venues do it now, and all minor ones, too (RR Express, CPark Center). You are gouging people, pure and simple. It's one thing to have an alternate parking option, but people have no choice but to pay you. If you ARE going to charge me to park, then provide some level of basic parking lot/traffic flow management, so it doesn't turn into the goat rodeo it did last night. Trucks were jumping over curbs, people were cutting each other off in line, etc. Crazy. Oh yeah, your beer selection sucks and it's too expensive. Bruised knees. . . . And not from tango. From Cedar Park Center's site: 'Each guest that visits Cedar Park Center is unique. Our first task is to understand the needs of each guest. By identifying the unique needs of each guest, we can make everyone feel welcome and important with an ultimate entertainment experience. That is our first goal at Cedar Park Center.' They are correct about each patron being unique. With average adult heights in North America occurring within a range of 5'4" to 5'10.5" [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_height#Average_height_around_the_world] and the average adult male femur length occurring at 48 centimeters (18.9 in), it is hard to believe the engineering team contracted to devise a seating system in accordance with these average dimensions, would conceive anything less than those ratios, essentially ignoring a couple centimeters and calling it a day. 'By identifying the unique needs of each guest, we can make everyone feel welcome and important with an ultimate entertainment experience.' I'm sorry, Toyota/Cedar Park Center: for a *permanent installation* geared towards attracting audiences from Central Texans, it is extremely difficult to pardon this painfully blatant design blunder of their stadium seating. Sitting in my seat next to the people I love most in this world to experience a treat for the senses known as Cirque du Soleil, I found the pinching of knee caps severely detracted (and distracted) from this otherwise incredible show. The remaining of my party did not feel welcome or important, and found this structural inequality to be unbearable, particularly for the residents of Sun City retirement community. As the one who suggested this show, I couldn't help but feel responsible, and at the same time thankful my 6'2" brother was unable to make the show. Unacceptable, Cedar Park.
