I've come here for a 4th time and it is still one of my fave places to go on the weekend whether you're meeting someone for breakfast or lunch or want to get a coffee before you hit some errands. Service is always great, there's always so many selections for food plus some seasonal additions. The app is nice, I've gotten a free pastry and free drink with a purchase and since I'm going a lot, might as well collect some points! My gf loves the butter cream bread and we both love their matcha lattes hot or iced. The hasbrown bread is great and the chiffon cake was SO YUM!

My, my, my! What a way to start my 2026 reviews!! My wife has been seeing posts on IG about this place. Grab a tray and tongs, walk around and grab a wide variety of freshly made pastries. Every palate is covered regardless if you have a sweet tooth or not. If pastries aren't your bag-guette, they have a selection of sandwiches as well. However, I don't think people are coming here for the sandwich choices. Everything is made fresh daily. You owe it to yourself to try it. Bottom line - Fresh pastries that are absolutely delicious. It was my first time here but I'll be back for certain. Bon appétit, y'all.

Since the expansion of Paris Baguette throughout the Houston area(s), none have been more impressive than this location in Webster. It's bright, clean, spacious, and far more organized than many locations I've seen in the country (#1). This is especially impressive considering they have only been open for a couple of months. Upon walking in, one will find a large display of some of their finest pastries. Kudos to the store designer for stepping it up with the luminescent touches so that the lighting is on point for every single item. It's a beautiful array of egg tarts, specialty cakes, croissants, doughsants (#2), sweet treats, and seasonal breads. The line to queue up starts at the door and wraps around to a spacious dining area, complete with group friendly tables and lots of room to stretch it out. Their Korean iced milk coffee is eerily similar to Vietnamese iced coffee and has become my go-to drink when I'm around. Lavazza has become part of the Paris Baguette blend, which is excellent news for coffee lovers. The parking can be tricky on some nights, since there are a number of businesses in the strip mall that are uber popular. I appreciate the super clean bathrooms, stellar customer service, and constant change in their baked goods. It may become a must-visit destination whenever I'm in the neighborhood, for solo sessions or group fun. ___________ (#1) NYC, you have some work to do. (#2) Or simply, cronuts.

Right when you walk in the smell hits you, it smells amazing & to top it off we were greeted nicely walking in! We only got a few things but everything was delicious! **If you are in the mood for coffee, the salted caramel pretzel latte is a must. *** Service was great! **** Only thing I have negative to say is the parking can get crazy!

I visited both in the morning and the evening, and it was busy each time, likely because they've just opened. Some of the breads were enjoyable, though a bit hit or miss depending on what you choose. The fruit smoothies were pretty good--they're blended with ice and have no dairy, which is nice. The packaged mini soft cheesecakes were definitely a highlight. The staff were all very pleasant, and the atmosphere was inviting, with plenty of seating for a café-style stop. They also offer sandwiches and a nice selection of cakes by the slice or whole. Overall, a solid place with room to grow as they settle into their opening phase.

Friendly service and loads of different pastries like croissants (raspberry, strawberry, almond, plain, chocolate), tartlets, cake slices and whole cakes, breads, and savory breakfast pastries. They also offer drinks such as coffee, etc. My husband enjoyed the croissant with its crispiness, but he thought it could have more butter. Update: I purchased many of the pastries for my friend's birthday and she said she really loved every one of the several pastries that were selected, including the Mocha cake slice. She plans to visit the shop to try some other yummies :)

Waited a while for this location to finally open and so far it's been excellent. This is one of the larger Paris baguette locations I've seen coming from the East Coast and theres plenty of seating to grab a quick bite or work remotely while grabbing a cup of coffee. The variety is overwhelming in a good way with everything from donuts, pastries, cookies, fruit tarts to more savory snacks like sausage and crab pastries. We tried the croissant donut, strawberry mochi donut, and fruit/cream croissant. Everything tasted fresh and not overly sweet which is what I love about Korean bakeries in general. The quality is on par if not better than other nearby locations and they had a large selection even when I visited at 8 pm. I can tell this is going to be a popular dessert spot here end and rightfully so.

So glad we found this place. We just moved to the area and this is a must go to place for breakfast or lunch! They have such a wide variety of items, I didn't know where to start! Staff is friendly and super attentive when you need help. Definitely recommend their very berry pastry or ham and cheese pastry.

    My haul; all delicious

This is a low rating for my experience at this particular Paris Baguette because I have visited others in Texas and all have been 5star experiences. This location is clean and not crowded and has plenty of parking. The bakery items are freshly made and high quality. The taste and tenderness for their baked goods are excellent. Their service is also friendly and staff were working hard to keep the store clean and shiny. The ambiance of the bakery and sitting areas is also peaceful and clean. What docks this location on rating is their selection of bakery items. Their website showed that they would have doughnuts in stock, but when I arrived in the morning around 8 am on a Saturday, the staff said that doughnuts would be arriving later in the afternoon. I don't understand why they can't have doughnuts available for breakfast?!?! Luckily, they had other options available for breakfast, but I think their website should specify that certain items will not be available until later in the day. Having doughnuts available in the morning is very common in California, so I don't understand the planning process for this Paris Baguette. Other than lack of doughnuts in the morning, this is a nice bakery to visit and worth the higher prices because of their high quality food.

I absolutely love this Paris Baguette location! From the warm welcome at the door to the incredible smell of fresh pastries, the whole experience is delightful. This spot is such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!

Omg this place was amazing! I had been waiting for them to open and was so excited to see that they were when I was in the area. They had so many options of baked goods to choose from. You grab and tray and just stock up on what you want then check out with the cashier. We just got ours Togo but they had coffee drinks and more that you could order and enjoy at a table. Plenty of seating. Line was quick to cash out in. My son and I both loved our choices. We got a supreme chocolate croissant, a strawberry croissant and a coffee croissant donut. We can't wait to go back and try some more stuff!

    Victoria S.

Disappointing experience. We noticed that the bread we purchased was expiring the next day and the manager could not have cared less. She said there are no refunds and they had no other bread to exchange it for so we were out of luck. The donut we bought to eat in store tasted old and rancid. It was kind of shriveled up in the case so we should have known. We got a regular iced tea for almost $6 and they do not offer refills. Also, if you care about health in the least, the ingredients have a crazy amount of unnecessary preservatives and chemicals. Like you can use plenty of butter and eggs and such to make it taste good without all of the additional artificial crap. Just all around not a pleasant experience.

    Danielle P.

Wow! What a fun experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. You are given a tray and tongs and the rest is on you! You go to glass cases full of pastries, donuts, breads, croissants, and so much more! You pick what you want to take to the counter to either enjoy there or you can get them boxed. There is also items you can get toasted and a case full of cakes and slices of sweets. They also have several coffee options as well. You can grab a table to dine in and or take everything to go. It is very loud in there so be aware! The custard donut was amazing. The croissant was flaky and buttery. I will say our breakfast sandwiches we got needed to be toasted more, they were a bit cold. I cannot wait to go back! We brought home some goodies to try as well.

However, my last experience with this establishment left a horrible taste in my mouth. Therefore, I am giving them an extra star for the previous experiences. On May 17th, 2026, my best friend and I had been looking forward to coming to Water Oak all day and had our taste buds set for the occasion. We were famished and had quite a day up until arriving. Upon entering the restaurant, we were very briefly greeted by the a Hispanic man who I assume is the manager and told that they were "no longer seating for the day". I glanced around and saw that every table inside WAS seated, however there were many tables outside that were empty. I asked about the patio stating that us where we preferred to sit anyway, and was met with that they were also not seating the patio at all for the rest of the day. However, there was a group of 3 women seated outside on the patio at that exact time. I didn't say anything, simply turned and left. After having "one of those days" hashing out something so minute with a person who clearly didn't want us in their place of business was not something I was about to do. Keep in mind, we came on a Sunday afternoon. Prime brunch time. We arrived at the restaurant around 2:30PM, and their website says they don't close until 4PM. I am a biracial black woman and my friend is white. I noticed a significant amount of White and Latino patrons, but a shocking lack of Black people. With Houston having one of the most diverse populations in the US, it is almost impossible not to see at least one individual of each ethnicity in a place at any given time. I am definitely not one that likes to pull the race card, because oftentimes that is not the issue. However, as someone who is familiar with the service industry I understand Sundays can be extremely overwhelming. And I am cognizant that not everything is that serious. But, I am also aware that a lot of people in the industry discriminate against people of color, with stigmas that we don't leave enough gratuity or we "don't fit the vibe of their establishment". And those 3 women seated on the patio? All White. After reading recent reviews, it seems that management is discriminating against people of color, more specifically Black folks. This is an extremely disheartening and sickening realization to make, seeing as I have given well over $1,000 worth of my money here but also enjoyed many meals without issue. To management: It breaks my heart to have to write this review and to be honest, I wouldn't have written it if I hadn't seen others posting about similar experiences in addition to also feeling discriminated against. I highly suggest that if you are "not seating" after a specific time, you announce this via social media or alert potential patrons with a sign or something of the sort. & obviously, there is such an issue with treatment towards POC that it is a noteworthy problem via your Google & Yelp reviews. You will have a much bigger fish to fry on your hands if you continue to let this issue go on unrectified. I would be willing to return if I felt things were to be changed for the better in the future! Hopefully this review sparks a much needed conversation and brings attention to an area which needs work.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond explaining the drinks to me and how they tasted so I could make a good choice. I was stuck between a cookie butter latte and a coconut latte. While I don't usually love overly sweet drinks, I am a cookie butter latte lover. However, since I was getting some bakery items, I decided to go with the less sweet option, so I chose the coconut. It was delicious! The cold foam was so fluffy, almost like whipped cream. The addition of toasted coconut flakes made it the perfect drink. I got the cookie butter cheesecake, Earl Grey tiramisu, and the Matilda (chocolate cake). The Matilda cake was not good, neither my husband or I liked it, and I have never thrown out chocolate cake. It was very dry and had an odd taste (try the Matilda cake at Cactus Jack's! omg), which was very disappointing (and it wasn't cheap!). The Earl Grey tiramisu was much better; it had a nice flavor with a beautiful purple color. I loved the flavor of the cookie butter cheesecake; however I didn't taste any cheesecake flavor, and the texture wasn't cheesecake-like at all, it was more like a cookie butter pudding; but it was my favorite dessert of all and despite the misnomer, I did love it! I would definitely order the cookie butter "cheesecake" again, 5 stars for that for devine flavor! My daughter chose the Strawberry Nutella® Crêpe, which felt like a little celebration on a plate. Light, delicate, and just sweet enough. My husband went with the French Dip au Caramelized Onions. The beef was tender, the onions perfectly sweet, and the jus rich enough to make every bite worth dipping. We couldn't resist taking home pastries, and they were just as lovely later that evening. First of all, what restaurant does not have sausage and bacon when they have the breakfast menu out? How does that happen exactly? Even if the Sysco truck did not bring it, the manager is not aware of H‑E‑B? I mean, go pick some up. At the very least, tell customers, up front, there is no bacon or sausage when they order. Not when they have gone through the line to pay. "Uh. Did anyone mention we do not have sausage?" Me: "No. I'll have bacon then." Him: "Um. We don't have bacon either. How about turkey bacon?" Nobody likes turkey bacon. They plated the scrambled eggs, French toast, and the offending turkey bacon all on one small plate. Normally pancakes or French toast comes on its own plate so it is not tainted with runny eggs or greasy bacon. The Croque Madame was dry, room temperature, and generally disappointing. It was like it was cooked 5 hours prior. The Cesar salad's lettuce tasted of chemicals. Though not crowded, service was horrible. There was not one employee who smiled nor said anything nice at all. To anyone. Ever. Then I saw the manager who looked so miserable and like he did not want to be there. None of those employees had actual printed name tags. All, including the manager, had to write their name on their tags. What place doesn't have printed name tags. It's like their employees are temporary and disposable. And guess what? The lack of service, lack of basic breakfast foods, and cold food reflects all of that. Frankly I did not see anyone one customer who appeared happy. Tables all around us spoke of their own disappointing experience. What has happened to La Madeleine? What I know is I cannot go back. There are too many good restaurants who actually want business. It's a miserable place filled with miserable employees making food that reflects all of that. It's been taken off our list of area restaurants to attend.

They came mini sized and were fun to eat. Definitely will come back for the drinks!
