Heidi sure does know how to put together a special night! After entering and winning her IG giveaway, I had high expectations due to the wonderful experience she had planned. But when I say the night far exceeded those expectations? I mean it. What an incredible night. Heidi thought of every last thing to create a beautiful and romantic experience for my husband and I. It started with a blowout and style at a great salon in preparation for a beach sunset photoshoot. We then got to meet with an incredibly talented photographer who got some of the best pictures I have to date. But the second leg of our night is where Heidi's attention to detail and ability to create a lasting experience came into play. She greeted us at a dock where she had flowers, champagne, snacks and a beautiful sunset ride around the bay. My husband and I got to sit back and enjoy a wonderful evening on the water while our photographer continued to get great candid shots of us. Heidi planned things down to the minute but it didn't feel that way one bit. She made sure we had fun while she handled all of the logistics. And what a precious woman she was to be around. My now husband and I met Heidi and my husband was like I'll go but we don't really need a coordinator, ha he was wrong and as soon as we got in the car to go back home he said i like her, she knows her stuff, let's hire her, and from that moment we said yes i didn't have a single stress! Heidi would always go above and beyond expectations, she'd even bring me my favorite drink to our meet ups! Now when we we're planning my wedding she became pregnant and her due date was my wedding day! She guaranteed that it wouldn't stop her from doing her job, and it didn't she was as good as ever! The day of the wedding rehearsal we all knew she was gonna have her baby but she was so funny and kept saying she's gonna hold her in for two more days! That didn't happen she went into labor right after lol. So day of the wedding she has her two lovely assistants there (forgot names sorry) to help and they were just as lovely and nice as Heidi, they set up and kept everything organized and flow was amazing i got so many complaints about how smooth this wedding went! I was not stressed a single minute of any part of our big day! Everything was just beautiful. I do wish Heidi was there to celebrate with us because i would've never had the wedding of the year (what everyone also told me) without her. But she has a beautiful baby and her birthday is our anniversary, so she will never forget us and we will never forget her, i like to think we have a special bond now. I can't speak for all wedding venues but if you plan on getting married at a place like we did Heidi is a MUST. We chose to get a park permit so there were so many different vendors to keep track of and I was so overwhelmed. When we hired Heidi everything started moving so much more quickly and efficiently. She had so many amazing vendors for us to choose from that she had previously worked with. She set up all meetings and the only thing I had to do was make sure I showed up and picked out what I wanted. Heidi kept in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everybody was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. She was available through the entire roller coaster ride of getting a park permit (which was NOT a simple process). Any time I panicked during the planning process she was there and ready with a solution. She is seriously just such a fun person to be around which is definitely a bonus. When my husband and I got engaged, we set our date for only three months later. What were we thinking? I honestly don't know.
