She was available 24/7 and her communication with us, as well as all the vendors (catering, photography, music, flowers) was the best I've ever seen, including the many corporate events I've been involved in. (Even if there was no action item to be done, she always acknowledged our email with a "thumbs up" letting us know she'd read it.) Having never planned a wedding, there were a bunch of things we were nervous about but Courtney was there every step of the way to reassure us. At the wedding and reception, she was on top of everything without ever being intrusive and always with a smile on her face. Courtney was absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough good things. She was always available to talk or text. She always responded quickly. She allowed us to use any of her extra signs or wedding decor and made sure she had it all there for us along with all the items we had bought. She really does it all from coordinating with vendors and venues to decorating the day of all while still making sure we were timely throughout the day. She was so easy to work with, down to earth, kind, and put together. Everything went perfectly and we absolutely loved our wedding day! I did talk with a couple other planners prior to talking to Courtney and just didn't get the warm and comfortable vibe I received from Courtney. I 1000% recommend her! My husband does too! And as another reviewer said, I also chose Courtney and her sister, Heather (for florals), on the spot over the phone without even meeting in person. I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn't meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don't know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. Breezy Day is amazing! COVID turned our wedding into a micro wedding, but Courtney was there to help us every step of the way! I cannot recommend her enough! She is very prompt to reply to emails. She had amazing vendor recommendations based on what I was looking for. She made planning and replanning a wedding so easy! She also ran our rehearsal, and she made sure our wedding day was perfect! I cannot say enough positive words about Breezy Day!!! Courtney and Heather are consummate professionals on top of their respective professions. Their communication, coordination and execution were on point. Coordination: Courtney is the best! Full stop. We did our due diligence and met with other coordinators however, whereas some coordinators had very specific packages which dictated when they were available to us, Courtney made herself available from the first time we spoke. It never felt as though we were "just another couple." She was always fully present and willing to share her time, energy and experience. Although wedding planning is always stressful having someone like Courtney in out corner staying on top of things was a relief. It allowed us to not lose sight on the bigger picture. Not to mention she was our wedding day buffer. She not just coordinated with vendors but was a fantastic buffer, in making sure our guests were behaving ... I cannot emphasize how thanks I am for this. To this day whenever my wife and I reflect on our wedding, or whenever we speak with friends or family about that amazing day without fail someone mentions how amazing Courtney was in the build up to and on our wedding day!!! It was a big bonus to have coordination and florals under the same umbrella. Florals: Heather was extremely helpful in bringing our vision to life! We had a fall wedding and were interested in dark/vibrant colors. Heather executed to perfection. From the first time we met and discussed our vision we knew we were in good hands.
