I love this place. We play 60$ for a 60 minute massage. I wish I knew the ladies name that does my full body massage. But she really gets in there. The massages have been great but today, when they made a mistake on the massage I wanted, they now insist on overcharging me, and are fine with loosing a customer over it. I have been coming here for several months and usually get a "Combo massage." The massages have been wonderful. Be specific and stern in what you want, and expect for them to expect a $10-$20 tip. Do Not come here. Absolute WORST massage place I've ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. They were not ready at my appointment time and we waited for almost 20 minutes before being seen. We both asked the ladies to lighten the pressure of the massage and they did not change pressure at all and left us both sore. When it was time to pay they kept asking us to pay in cash even though we informed them beforehand we had only card in the amount for the service. Both ladies proceeded to ask if we could at least give them both a tip in cash. As I was looking for my cash in my purse to give a tip they hovered over my purse which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I gave them both a nice tip, what is usually more than appreciated at other massage places including massage envy even though I really didn't want to tip at all because the service was so terrible. One counted the money and frowned and the other lady asked how much did I tip them out loud. They both laughed and said oh no this tip won't do and said they both wanted $20 minimal ($40 in total in tips) because they worked hard on the 60 minute massage. The massage itself is $50 each person. I asked where is there a sign stating that amount is required because if there was a sign or I was made aware beforehand I could understand their arguement. However their response was "everyone know s that's the minimal tip to give" and proceed to laugh and asked if I had more money to give. They almost did not let us leave because they wanted an outrageous percentage of a tip! Again the service was terrible and honestly didn't deserve the nice tip they both received. I've never experienced unacceptable service like this and never have been asked for a $20 or more tip for one person. I recently fell in love with this place. I am currently pregnant so I'm sure you can imagine I need a massage lol. I have had Coco and Judy so far and I like them both. Coco was softer and Judy was more a deep tissue but I think Coco was just being easy cause my belly. They are very respectful of your comfort and making you feel relaxed.
