I asked for deep pressure and he delivered. My husband had a different therapist who was just as attentive and also made sure he was comfortable throughout the session. We both felt great afterward -- completely relaxed and basically like Jell-O. I was a little sore the next day, but that was expected considering how much tension I had built up. After the shower, I was taken back to the room for an incredible massage. Jenny was my therapist and she used warm coconut oil and hot stones to hydrate my skin and relax my tense muscles. In all cases they zeroed in on trouble spots I didn't even know I had. They are professional, artists of their craft. For small size ladies they can apply a LOT of pressure if it is needed. I like to lift heavy weights and getting the pressure relief really helps in my recovery and range of motion. The facilities are nice and clean. She worked my back and legs and flipped me over to do my arms and legs and thighs. I was very tense and had some firm tension in specific areas.
