Went in for a half hour unscheduled massage. As a walk in I was happy to be able to be seen. Would like to go back for an hour.

I'll be honest. This place gives me weird vibes. I've there five times. Every room in there has holes on every corner, like if they have surveillance cameras secretly recording the sessions. I get why they do that, because they give a happy ending at the end. They're probably selling the videos to perverts in China and elsewhere. They're happy ending are that bad. It does release your stress. But, I know for sure they are recording there. Maybe they're trying to blackmail the people that work for the city. Like the councilmen, or the higher ups. read more

Great 30 minute massage. Cindy was wonderful. She helped with all the stiffness I had all around my body. Asked her to be firmer and she applied plenty of pressure. Overall, was a great massage and at the end I was one happy customer. read more

Came to San Bernardino on a business trip, from San Francisco. I need some relaxation so I came to Dragonfly. The manager greeted me with a disgusting face expression. I'm overweight so I think that what it was. I've been there before on trips I take, and was always greeted with a friendly smile. But this time it was different. I've never seen this woman before that is the owner or manager. I just wish she was never there, because I would've been greeted by one of the regulars. I think the manager's name is Fiona. This is not a legitimate massage place. I found them in varios pages as rubmap, adultsearch, escort sites advertising erotic massages after my daughter and son in law had a horrible experience. Since my son in law didn't approve a happy ending they stole his money from his wallet while one lady was putting pressure on his head to keep it down while the other was going through his wallet. They pressure you for big tip if you are not there for there prostitution services. Be careful!! read more

I walked in not expecting much. I was greeted by Leo. I did have to pay up front before any services and I totally get why. So I did not have an issue with that. I got the best massage ever ! It's been a long time since I found someone that does it right! I did kind of need a lil bigger covering sheet as I'm big boned so maybe that part can be changed. When a place makes you give a tip regardless of how the services went is something I dislike. But LEO earned it big time! I would give this place a chance. Horrible customer service!!! They will try to lure you into the pricier massage i.e. body massage for $45.00 instead of a regular $25.00 foot massage. I came in today asking for a foot massage the guy in front said there was no one available. Then he pointed to Body massage and said there was someone available. I asked why would someone be available for a body massage but not foot and he couldn't give me a valid reason. He said those are the owner's rules. Then I said I would post my experience on yelp and then magically his next appointment cancelled and he said he could see me in 10 minutes. I walked out and told him that is not the way to treat customers or run a business. In previous occasions I have called to make an appointment for foot massage and when I get there they don't show my reservation. It seems they will bump you if someone comes in requesting a more expensive treatment. read more

I've been here 3 times in the last few yrs. Its not my go to place when i want a massafe but my normal place was booked. They charged me at entrance and also tip which I've always found to be odd. So i played $60 for an hr massage and gave 12 for tip. The massage was mediocre and then the girl after the massage told me i owed her money. That i didn't give tip at entrance, which i did. She was eager and boxed me in on the bed holding to the basket with my clothes. Felt very uncomfortable, i will never go here again. Horrible service read more

This massage parlor has a clean nice setting and nice staff but should be called Chop, Pinch and Squeeze. The calming music was a little too loud. My 16 year old son and I went here for the 60 minute combo massages. They put my son in a room, shut the door, and said nothing- he wasn't sure what exactly to do- to get completely or half way undressed- or under the blanket the table was dressed with, or the quarter piece sheet. The table was dressed pretty however. The gentleman that gave me my massage used no pressure even though I asked him " harder please" and failed to put oil/ lotion on me until I asked him about 25 minutes after he was giving me this dry chop, squeeze and pinch type massage. Not one pressure point on my body was touched and massaged. just squeezing, chopping, and rubs. I was highly disappointed and gave a $6 tip and was asked by the nice lady "what about his tip?" I would have felt more bamboozeled had I left a tip anymore than that. my massage started at 7:55 and ended 8:45. The gentleman left the room twice to get towels, heat them etc. 60 minute massage, not. Not even a full 50 minutes like some places like massage envy do, even though they say 60 minutes. I don't understand why they just can't call it what it is instead of being deceptive I normally go to a chiropractor office for my massages. That's where you get a real massage!! read more

I work at a warehouse, so was super sore and was too early for my shift because I thought holiday traffic would be worse. I decided to try this massage place that I saw near my dentist. They tried to get me to go for full body but I insisted on trying the foot massage to see if they are any good. Leo was amazing. Excellent firm pressure, great stretching me gently and not too fast which was great since I was a bit stiff from standing long hours at work, so I appreciated it. Today was my 1st time here, I've been to lots of massage places and this was probably the worst one as soon as you get there they make you pay up front doesn't give you a chance to tip when I was done with my massage I didn't feel relaxed then he had the nerve to ask me for a tip, It was really noisy jury my massage I can hear the customers coming in-and-out he left the table to go get the hot towel during that time I heard him arguing with the other worker it was not relaxing at all. my back still hurts from the stress I had at work thinking a massage was going to help I guess this was just not the place I won't be going back here. My fiance and I went today and had a 60 minute session. This was the best massage I've ever had. The prices are amazing. I went to Burke William's before and although it's a lovely spa ; a regular massage for 20 minutes was $90.00. At Dragon fly they get down to every part of your body. We came out feeling renewed. Me and my mom called 5 minutes before showing up to make sure they were not Busy the lady on the phone said it was fine we could come in. When we arrived the lady told us come tomorrow I told her no I had called and that the lady I spoke to on the phone said it was fine that we come. So she talks to another lady in the back. So she said only 30 mins. I said fine my mom is in pain we will take what we can get. The next thing I know another person came in asking for a 60 min massage the lady took them in right away I dont understand why this was done but I dont like how we were treated when we first got in. This place literally sucks!!!! Please be aware and don't waste your money here! My bf came, paid upfront for the massage. The lady giving him a massage did such a crappy job! He told her it wasn't good and explained what he needed worked. she continued to do a lousy job. He just got so upset, stopped her, and walked out. He paid for a job that these people are clearly not qualified for! They steal your money, and don't care about quality!! A refund is out of the question!
