Here's the full timeline: I called ahead and confirmed that if I arrived by 9:25, I could still get a 45-minute massage. They agreed. Once in the room, it took 5 minutes to begin, and the therapist ended 5 minutes early, stopping at exactly 9:54. I was watching the clock the entire time because the massage itself wasn't addressing what I came in for -- I specifically asked for help with shoulder knots, and that wasn't being addressed. So to be clear: I called ahead, confirmed the time, and arrived early. The shortfall wasn't on my end. Telling me to "come in earlier" doesn't address what actually happened -- the issue is that your staff didn't honor what was confirmed on the phone. I'd like this resolved properly, not redirected back onto me.
