On 9/24/25, the plumber came to clear the pipe that was clogged that kept backing up shutting down the AC. The plumber was fast and very efficient. They were very quick to respond, and quite persistant in obtaining the work. All this is very unusual in today's greedy contractor environment. Personal touch, and pride was evident with our tech. Asked for a quote to replace the pressure cartridges on two pressure tank toilets that were running. The technician that was sent specifically told me it didn't have a cartridge and the entire tank unit needed to be replaced at a cost of $440 each. Well it does bc I had already removed the cartridges. I declined the service and fixed them myself the next day with simple tips from YouTube at a cost of $72 total for parts in about ten mins for both toilets. Dan went above and beyond in plumbing in our utility sink! The drywall was cut clean, and he carved a hole around the drain line and put the drywall piece back in place.
