On 9/24/25, the plumber came to clear the pipe that was clogged that kept backing up shutting down the AC. The plumber was fast and very efficient. I had scheduled a time with another plumber, but they were difficult to get a hold to after our first interaction, and -- after several times of saying they were "on the way" -- never showed up when they said they would. The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right. I checked with a few places and none of them had the same level of service with just getting me in. Asked for a quote to replace the pressure cartridges on two pressure tank toilets that were running. The technician that was sent specifically told me it didn't have a cartridge and the entire tank unit needed to be replaced at a cost of $440 each. Well it does bc I had already removed the cartridges. I declined the service and fixed them myself the next day with simple tips from YouTube at a cost of $72 total for parts in about ten mins for both toilets. Dan went above and beyond in plumbing in our utility sink! The drywall was cut clean, and he carved a hole around the drain line and put the drywall piece back in place. All I have to do is minimal tape, compound, and paint, which is way easier than having to cut a new piece to fit myself!The sink works perfectly with no leaks, and Dan was very helpful in sharing insight on various other things in the house we asked to have a look at. read more

I've used a couple of different companies for our plumbing needs and decided to give H Town Plumbers a try. We had a leak under our kitchen sink that we didn't know about. I called H Town Plumbers last night (after 5pm since I tried to patch it up all day and was unsuccessful) and texted them a picture of the leak. I also added pictures of outdoor faucets to be replaced since they were corroded. I got a quote that night and booked an appointment for the next day since they had availability. Bar (our plumber) came to our house and replaced the pipe under the sink and also one of our outdoor faucets. He was very transparent with us - he said that we didn't need to change our pipes under the sink to PEX and he said that one of our outdoor faucets is much more complicated than the other and didn't suggest fixing it this time since it would be much more expensive. He did a great job, was honest, and gave us insight on future repairs to watch out for. Overall, I'm VERY happy with H Town Plumbers. I'm making them my go to plumbers from now on. What I liked is that he came out quickly (same day) and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. What I didn't like is that I was quoted $210 and the plumber tried to charge me $350 to repair a toilet. And I had already purchased the parts. So to sum it up. I reached out to this company to request an estimate on Friday. Someone answered and requested that I take a picture and send it to her via text. I did that and she replied with a thank you and asked what happened. I responded, "I was turning it off after watering my plants but it wouldn't stop. I think the turning knob needs to be changed." I haven't heard back from her or anyone else from H-Town Emergency Plumber.
