I made appointments at an chain transmission location and the dealer's service center but they couldn't take the car until later in the week. I called Citywide and they said to bring it down whenever I could. They inspected the car and told me the issue was a corroded shift cable. After less than hour and a bill that was a fraction of what I expected to pay, I had my car back and it shifted like new. The service was fast, thorough, and affordable. They saved me frustration and lots of money. I highly recommend dealing with them.

Could not have been more informative! PLUS - he refused to take any money since he didn't actually need to do any repairs! Transmissions are not something I (or most people) know a lot about. If I was told it needed expensive repairs, I wouldn't have known any different. You can trust them!!! Jerry, Rob and crew are good people. They are competent, professional, prompt, reasonable and just plain nice. The Hyundai dealership noted that I needed to get my transmission serviced a few months back (car is around 78K, and I had already serviced it once before around 55K). I was skeptical, so I wanted a second opinion. I called Jerry's and they explained the policy- bring it in early morning, give them time to look at it and we'll go from there. They called around lunch with good news- nothing wrong with the car! I was curious why I would be told that and the simple answer was, " they wanted to make some $$$ off of you, but your car is fine." I will only go here for transmission issues from now on. I just wish they did more than just transmissions. Rare to find honest, affordable mechanics these days.
