Stay away. This guy is really unprofessional. I inquired about detailing and asked about his next availability. He then proceeds to just drop a confirmed appointment (for 12/22 at 9am) on my calendar even though I was actually still inquiring at this point - which is fine, I'll let that slide. I asked to reschedule at 10am, but was not able to get back to him immediately with my information. He then proceeds to follow up with "hellooooo". Honestly, this is something small, but as a business owner myself, this isn't how you follow up on customers. It sounds like he's irritated and just plain unprofessional. I told him I'll pass because of this attitude, then he starts being combative as you can see in the attached screenshots, even threatening to report me on Yelp. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We didn't even make it to actually working together because the owner's lack of customer service completely turned me off. I reached out earlier this week to a few potential car detail businesses regarding my need for service. Much to my luck, another company responded sooner and was extremely nice. I didn't respond back to this owner because I booked something already and I felt like he kept harassing me. He gave me a hard time about not responding.... Armando did such an awesome job with the detailing of my car! I received an old 1998 Toyota Sienna from my grandparents and so naturally, the car was full of many stains and discoloration. Armando spend 3.5hrs meticulously cleaning all parts of the interior and I was amazed at how different it looked after he was done. The seats looked brand new as well as the floor of the car. Since it is an older car, some parts are pretty delicate but he did an awesome job to be careful of that and leave it looking way better than it had started. This is a must, made my interior squeaky clean! After my previous detailer became flaky and his work became shoddy, I went on Yelp to search for a new detailer. Due to his reviews I contacted Armando, his response was immediate. He came today to do a full detail on my 2017 Escalade and I truly believe my car looks better than the day the dealership delivered it. He spent 4 1/2 hoursAnd went over every inch of my vehicle inside and out. He has integrity, his prices are reasonable and his work is first rate. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Armando and Carry did a great job, took them about 4.5 hours to wash, and wax using a meguires spray ceramic hybrid wax. Looks great now, just hoping the spray wax lasts as long as the meguires cleaner wax I used a year ago in the pictures included. The RV looks basically the same after they were done. Time will tell how good the spray is vs the liquid I used. Spray wax is much quicker to apply vs liquid as it took me 2X as long. The best part is, it's Friday night, my RV is washed and waxed, and I can enjoy the weekend read more

If I can rate this jerk 0 star, I would! Appointment at 8:30am today, didn't show up! I called, no answer! At 8:45am he texted me and said he just woke up and needs to eat breakfast and will be there shortly!!! Didn't show up until 10am and said that he will start on the job soon! He said job would take about 4 hours. At 12:30pm, I drove by but didn't let him know and found that he was on the phone. I went to lunch and just 30 min later he said the car is done! I came back just to find that the detailing was so terrible! I asked him why is the car not that clean as a detailing supposed to be. He said I had the most basic one!!! He never mentioned that there were other options when I called! In anyway, I pointed out a bunch of marks that were still there but he said he couldn't take them off. I insisted to clean those off and he started acting very odd like slamming his van door! And those marks that he said won't come off actually came off instantly. However, he didn't want to clean the marks on the other door and told me that he's got to go!!! I gave up and still paid in full which is $160! He counted the money quick and SPITTED right in front of meI I walked towards him and asked why did you spit in front of me? He slammed his van door again, said "f**k" and drove off! I have never seen anyone treats customer the way he did. He lied about his work, very dishonest, unprofessional and rude! Now I really doubt those 5 star reviews he received (only 8 reviews total).
