Awesome service went in for a patch on a tire and a brake check. They let me know. My brakes were good, but they did find on my rack and pinion steering that all of my gaskets and seals were blown out and leaking. They had me in and out in same day. I also requested that they changed my front shocks and struts, and they were also able to get me done same day highly recommend this company, very professional and worked with my budget. I took my daughter's Camry in because we couldn't get the oil filter off when we tried to do an oil change ourselves. The previous place we took it to overtightened it. Briana was so sweet to fit us in the schedule. She gives the most amazing customer service. Ed called me later and told me that their technician had a tough time but managed to get the filter out. Ed notified me that the car is going to take a little bit longer to finish because they had it running up on the rack to make sure there wasn't any leaks or cracks. This was the second time my car got serviced. First time was to replace a break and second time was my five thousand mile service maintenance. I usually get my car service at the dealership but since my car is no longer under the warranty, it's time for me to find a new auto service - especially when I had moved from San Diego to Winchester. I had my car serviced at a family owned auto co in Temecula and noticed a huge difference when I got my car serviced here at Fast Tire and Auto Service. The service people here are honest, friendly, and transparent. They provide valuable information and suggestions of what needs to be done after diagnostics before charging you. Paul specifically assisted me twice now. He went out of his way calling about five different dealerships trying to get the special parts for my unique sports car. Highly recommend this place. Today, I went in to get my oil change as usual, and, I had requested for them to check my tires since I had a lot of turbulence when driving higher speeds. Apparently the place I got my tires from put too much weight on them!! Over 4-6oz per tire. I'm glad they were very apparent with me and told me it'll be a quick and easy fix!! When I went to the place where I originally got my tires, they didn't even check my car and just did a short drive saying "there was no issue". "My review is solely mine, check it out and you be the judge" What a pain!!!.......a nail can be. Dealing with car issues no matter how big or small can really put a damper to your day. To make a long story short I got an alert from my Tesla app that I had extremely low tire pressure and needed immediate attention. There was a nail embedded just at the cusp of the side wall of the tire and I knew from experience this was going to be close. If you didn't know, any foreign object that is near the side wall of the tire may or may not be able to be repaired and must be replaced. No matter how "new" the tire might be. So, it being a Saturday morning and no one is open yet I needed to move fast to see where I can take my vehicle to get repaired. I went to my trusty yelp app and out of the 5 companies to reach out, Paul the owner quickly replied and said he could take care of me. However, I didn't want to just show up only to be turned away so I sent him over a picture of my tire and the location of the nail. He reassured me that it can be repaired and to contact his store manager Ed to help me out. I called up the business as it was already 30-40mins after they had opened and I knew I would be a walk-in and wasn't sure how long I'd have to wait. Ed answered the call, told me to come in and he'd take care of me. Upon getting to the shop I could see it was already a full house. Don't mind how loud it is outside since there's literally a car wash next door and those blowers are on full blast. I walk into the main lobby and I'd have to say it was really clean and inviting. They had a nice little waiting area with a tv. No one was behind the counter at first but then someone walked in who I didn't know it was Ed at first and asked if I needed help. Told him I called in about my tire and he was more than happy to help and took care of me right away. He went out to inspect the car and showed him where the nail was located and he confirmed that it'll be taken cared of. Ed told me it'd only take an hour or so to get to and so I decided to wait. No more than 40mins go by and he got me out of there super quick. The only gripe I have is the tech forgot to replace the valve cap back on but I noticed before I left so they were able retrieve it and I was on my way. Overall my experience was great and I knew after speaking to Paul and dealing with Ed I was in good hands. Thanks again for a positive experience. read more

I would recommend this tire shop Luis was the one I dealt with he gave me competitive pricing and was easy to do business with. I had ordered tires from Costco on line because they did not have the Michelins in stock that I wanted and they were taking to long to fill the order. I decided to give fast tire a call and then went down to look at a tire that they recommended but went home and found another good year tire I liked with 80000 mile rated tire. What I liked was Luis didn't try to sell me something I didn't want he said he could get them in the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 sure enough got a phone call the next morning at 9:30 tires were in. And the customer service gets better I said it will probably be at about 2 hours right and he said yes. Went across the street grabbed some lunch came back about 50 minutes later and they were putting the last tire on the car. 4 tires mounted and balanced. Also I was having them do an alignment everything completed in about 90 minutes. I use to work on my own vehicles for years I was very impressed to say the least. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. As far as the mileage rating on the tires we shall see but I do get my tires rotated and balanced usually every 5000 miles Thanks Again Luis for the great customer service read more

This time was no exception. Dixon Mason was my service technician for today. He explained the process and he gave me great recommendations on what my car may need in the future. Let me start off by saying that this place is not bad but not for me and what I need from my car place. I have gone 3 times, receiving service twice. They are fast at taking your car, checking is easy and if you have a ride or live close enough to get home conveniently this would be a little better for me. However, I need to sit and wait for my car to be done if I go to this shop. This is nothing against them, it is just my situation. This does make it less convenient for me as I make an appointment but there is a constant flow of other cars coming in which does push off my service and draw things out for me when I need more than an oil change. I waited over two and a half hours for two tires and an oil change with an appointment. I called one time and asked if they had time to do an oil change because we were on a longer drive and I just wanted to see if they had a spot open. They said yes, come on in. I left and immediately went there which took about 15 minutes. When I told the guy up front that I had called he knew nothing so I told him that we had called and they said there was time to do our oil change. I mentioned this because there was a handful of people already waiting and it didn't look to me like they had time at all. He asked if we were waiting or dropping off. I ask how long the wait would be because we would be waiting. He said it would be at least two hours. I told him thank you and never mind and we left. For me, if you had no time or it would be such a long wait, why not ask if I was waiting on the phone or why not just say that it was busy and suggest I make an appointment then? I was in no rush, it was just a last minute thought and if they had time we would go in and do the appointment and then continue on our way. I waisted over half an hour driving in and driving the opposite direction we were traveling. I would have gladly made an appointment had he just said they did not have time on the phone. It was just an oil change. I went in one more time and it took about an hour to do my oil change. It was fine. Prices are fine, they did not seem to be hunting for other issues and told me everything upfront. This is just not the type of auto shop that fits me and my needs when it comes to my vehicles and situation. read more

We had originally gone to another tire shop but they didn't have our tire in stock so we went here on a recommendation from a AAA driver who checked and found our tire here! The place looks great, tough on parking but we got a spot. The front end women was very nice and greeting everyone as they came in. She looked slammed since one of a few tire places open on Sundays.
