Ashley contacted me, after a few texts had an appointment set up for 5 am the next day, she required a $50 deposit to hold the time slot which was taken off the bill. They charge $75 an hour for 2 people to clean. She estimated 3 hours, which was pretty fast as I had lived in the apartment for 2 years with 3 small pets, so lots to clean, dust etc. Apartment looks great. Finished within the 3 hours. Windows clean, blinds cleaned, oven, freezer, fridge, ceiling fans, etc, again, apartment looks great, ready to move in.

Unfortunately I was too sick to realize I should've just canceled the second she showed up without a carpet cleaner, so I went along with the rest of it. Once I thought about it after the fact, though, it didn't add up.
