We didn't want to keep buying the 1 gallon waters at Costco / WinCo so we decided to get a 3 gallon water bottle with nozzle to try this place out. We opted for the alkaline water and let me tell ya. There a difference! Feels more refreshing compared to what we bought and way better than the fridge built in water. Will be coming back for refill and another bottle! read more

Terrible customer service. I walked in on a Saturday a few minutes before 5 mind you I didn't realize they closed at 5 but carrying six 5 gallon jugs so to say I struggled to get out of the car and open the door and I walk in and they guy says we're closed I was like are you serious and he's like yeah sorry we closed at 5. Mind you there is a lady still filling up her bottles. So I walk out and get back to my car and throw my bottles in and check my phone and it's 5:00 on the dot so I know I was in there before 5 like really couldn't let me just fill up real quick takes less then 5 minutes read more

I went to H2O to Go for the first time and was amazed on how clean and friendly the nice young women was when I briefly spoke to her! She explained the long the store had been there for 10 years and how they provided drinks and how I could buy a water card to avoid the hassle of digging out a payment! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this business for fresh clean tasting water and services!!! read more

Very friendly and very clean. I always worry about finding a good location to supply water to the household, but this place is amazing. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're taking the COVID situation very seriously (at the time of this review). There are multiple carts provided to make sure you can roll in your large 5 gallon bottles in and out easily. They often make sure they try to hold the door or open it for me, which is totally unnecessary for me but goes to show how friendly they are. Prices are very affordable, and they provide two types of water (extra fancy!). My only concern is if they ever close up shop, as I don't think I'll ever find a water facility as great as this one for a long time. If you're looking for a good water store though, definitely stop on by and get a card (best deal!). And if you've been having tap or bottled water your whole life, you really should try the goods here. You can definitely "taste" the purity of it. read more

Good spot to refill water and knowledgeable personnel along with good pricing for what you get

30 cents per gallon and free bottle wash, you can't beat that. Their place is very clean and customer service is A+

Love this place! Never crowded, facilities are clean, with a see-through window so you can the water being purified and reverse-osmosified...?. Like many other purified water stores, they sell cards to help you save some money and make it more affordable. There are two big carts that you can use to help you roll the water jugs in/out of the store, and there are about 6 faucets along the wall. read more

I took a chance after my club card was used up at the water store I use and tried this place. I love it when I walk into a business and its cleaner than my mothers house (My mom is the cleanest person I have ever known). It just makes you feel good when purchasing something like water, that I fill my daughters cup with everyday. I cleaned each of my bottles for free.( other place charged .25 cents per bottle) After filling my water the guy came over loaded them on a cart and said, " I'll get that for you." I like that because when they ask if you want help, it makes me feel like they are asking cause they have to. Even the cash register was cool. I bought a $40.00 card, that gives me like 200 gallons. They've always greeted us with a smile. They appreciate our business and its always a pleasure refilling our water bottles there. They sell bottle caps which we need since we lose those easily.
