I was pleased how quickly they responded to our inquiry and were also fairly priced. We did have to buy our own machine separately but that was fine. They said they'd deliver 4-5 bottles next Thursday and didn't end up coming until Friday morning. The delivery guy was friendly and he dropped off 4 bottles. The water is delicious. So NO complaints. Hopefully they continue to have good and prompt service. It's cool that we can text for our next deliveries too!

First, a few years ago, when we had moved to Pleasanton, we were shocked with the quality of water. We learned that we get hard water here but the worst part was the weird taste of the water. We reached out to a few vendors. Adli responded quickly, set up an appointment and showed up at our door. Adli did not try to sell us. Instead, he informed us of our choices. He made his recommendations. He explained patiently why his recommendations are good. After Adli left, we did our research and turns out he was right about every recommendation. The shocking part though was that Adli's pricing was reasonable compared to other vendors. We installed a water softener that does good work. Unfortunately, recently, the flow of water reduced so much that there was minimal to no flow of water. We had reached out to a few vendors ands hockingly, some of the vendors suggested replacing the whole unit, which didn't make sense to us, not to mention the ridiculously high cost. Then, we remembered Adli. And he came to our rescue again. He said he would send Steve the next day. Steve came to our home, inspected and immediately identified the issue. Steve suggested a solution, went back and talked Adli about it. Adli gave a pricing for the job that was customer friendly compared to other vendors. Adli's guys arrived, replaced the tank in a few minutes instead of just replacing the resin, charged us a low price and left. The water softener unit is back to working normally. The summary of the long review is two things - 1. Customer friendly, 2. Honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, I refer AWP water systems to our friends and anyone asking for similar service. Adli and team are good professionals who know what they are doing and take care of their customers. I would highly recommend AWP water systems for their reasonable price and high quality of service.

Extremely Disappointing Service…read more My water delivery was scheduled for August 8, but the water was never delivered. Since then, we have called the company every day to follow up, and each time we were told that the delivery would arrive "today." Yesterday, I called again and was told that the water would definitely arrive by 6:00 PM. It still never came. Today, August 12, I called again, only to be told that the next delivery date is August 17. Based on the repeated broken promises and delays, I have very little confidence that the water will actually arrive on the 17th. This company has become extremely disappointing since it was sold and taken over by the new management. The follow-up, communication, and customer service have been completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to call every day just to receive a delivery that was already scheduled and paid for. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its service and reliability.

Wow -- 15 years as a loyal customer and now I have to walk away…read more I've been with this company for 15 years, and for most of that time their service was excellent. Unfortunately, something has changed, and the quality has dropped dramatically. The customer service specialist, Jessica, was very rude on the phone when I tried to explain the ongoing problems I've been having with leaking tubes and forgotten keys. Even worse, it turns out I haven't been getting proper softener bypass because of corrosion. Instead of standing behind their system, they're blaming city water and want to charge me a minimum of $200 to replace the pipes. Meanwhile, I'm already paying $70 every month for service that's only performed every other month. This level of arrogance after 15 years of loyalty is incredibly disappointing. It feels like they have enough customers now and simply don't care about keeping the long-term ones. Very sad to have to say goodbye, but I can't continue with this kind of service.

Also I had a water softener installed by them, my water pressure noticeably kept getting worse just months after installation until I had near zero pressure within 90 days. I found the issue to be they installed a 1 micron carbon filter which should only be used as a stage 2 or 3 filter, never stage 1. After installing a Pentair 50-pre/ 5-post micron filter water pressures been fine ever since. If I wasn't handy around the house I could've spent hundreds of dollars having a technician come out to troubleshoot the system. (Keep in mind sales rep said filters should last ~12mnths, which is correct if they installed proper type) will never know if that was or was not intentional.

I did my part. I was home, ready, and waiting. And waiting. And waiting. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting. No knock on the door. No phone call. No text message. No carrier pigeon. Nothing. Now, I completely understand that things happen. Jobs run long. Traffic exists. Emergencies come up. Life doesn't always go according to plan. But common courtesy is still free. A quick 30-second phone call saying, "I'm running late," would have been appreciated. A text saying, "I can't make it today," would have been even better. Instead, the message I received was loud and clear: my time wasn't important enough to warrant even the smallest amount of communication. It's always interesting when businesses expect potential customers to respect their schedules while showing absolutely no respect for the schedules of the people they're hoping will spend money with them.
