It has been three months now, and I haven't had a single issue with the system. Before choosing APW Water Systems, I had six other companies come to my house to give me a quote. They were all way out of my allocated budget. APW Water Systems not only came within my price range, but they also included a tankless reverse osmosis system at no additional cost! Their customer service is incredibly fast. Once I called them, the owner was at my house that same afternoon to test the water and provide a quote. After I signed the contract, his installers were at my house within two days to set everything up. To top it off, they are incredibly understanding. I asked the owner to wait a couple of days to deposit my check so my money could transfer, and he waited a whole week without any hesitation. It is very difficult to find honest, reliable people to do work in your house these days. APW Water Systems and his team are exactly that--"Good People." They sold me a system that didn't remove smell or filtered water correctly for minerals in well which we spoke about with sales person Fred after they did the water test. Had to hire another company to install correct filtration system. Recently I had a fitting break on the water softener they installed, a simple male adapter fitting. Reach out to them first thing in the morning to acquire fitting or to schedule service repair. Spoke to Jessica she said she would reach out to parts department to know if part was in stock. 48 hrs later she still doesn't know if part is even in stock or she will need to order which she said it will take even longer. Mind you water softener is very important to us as well water is very hard. This company sells a product and doesn't know if they have parts to fix it when they break. Would not recommend them.

Over the past several…read moreyears we have had issues with our water softener (discovered too late) and when we call the company, they tell us that the people who deliver the salt don't check to see if there's a problem they just put the salt in the softener... in my opinion, if you are putting something into a water softener, you should at least make sure it's working first. We never complained about that but last week I had called to let them know that we are leaking 53 gallons of water an hour!!! and we isolated the leak to the water softener. The woman I talked to on the phone (I believe her name was Shawna ) was extremely rude to me! She actually told me I was rude! I simply called to tell her we had a problem and she wanted to know how I knew that we were leaking water... I said the water company informed us and I wanted someone to come out to check out the problem. At that point she gave me a hard time, but said that she could send someone out Christmas Eve. She told me they would be at my house at 9 o'clock... I called this morning Christmas Eve and asked if we could get a timeframe and they said it would be close to 9 o'clock. It is now 1245 on Christmas Eve and we are still waiting for someone to come by. I've called several times. I've left messages with the answering service and I just feel that this company has gone downhill especially in the customer service department. We are going to cancel our service... very unprofessional, unreliable, and poor customer service
