My made-to-order Bacon CharBurger Combo Meal was everything I was hoping it would be, plus the added Jalapeños made it that much better.     I really can't imagine a better tasting char broiled burger experience. Today was opening day, and they really did a terrible job over all. They under expected the crowds. They advertised they were open till 8, but the closed due to lack of food at 6. That is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for this business, in my opinion. They asked me to fill out yet another form only to send me a few measly "Char-tickets" via email that can only be redeemed in store. Unacceptable and does not remotely inspire me to change my mind about avoiding this business like the plague and telling others to as well. I want a full MONETARY refund. Your business can respond publicly or not at all if you want a shred of my respect. Extremely annoyed. I ordered an impossible burger with tomatoes, lettuce, and raw onions (added ketchup and mustard) through their website for delivery and received a double beef burger loaded with cheese and bacon. I ordered this for my lunch break and now will have no time to get something else to eat, as a result I will go hungry until late tonight due to their carelessness.
