From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile that truly lit up the room. Her energy, kindness, and genuine positivity immediately stood out. What impressed me most was how patient and thoughtful she was with a group of ladies who were having difficulty speaking English. Priscilla went out of her way to communicate with them, even attempting Spanish--and she did a great job. That level of care and effort is rare and speaks volumes about who she is as a person. Everything about the visit felt welcoming, smooth, and pleasant because of her. I honestly wish there were more people like Priscilla everywhere.
