Will make this one a bit more simplified than other reviews as let's face it.... It's a burger joint. Have primarily ordered pickup in the past but we have dined in as well. Why we don't normally dine in is because, regardless if it is winter, summer, or any other time of year, it is absolutely freezing (and I do like it "cool", just don't enjoy feeling like I am dining in their walk in freezer). Food is about what you would expect from a chain restaurant and priced very high for what you actually get. I asked for cheese sauce on my fries but they apparently don't view that as a "thing" as I was politely told they do not offer it. Overall the food is ok and reminiscent of either a fancy McDonalds (haven't been there in years), or a Five Guys wanna be that doesn't quite stack up. Not bad overall but if you're going to dine in... bring your winter coat. read more

This is your typical fast food burger place. The service was very quick. I ordered on the app and my chicken sandwich was ready within 8 minutes! I customized my fries and didn't want salt but the fries were loaded with them. Oh well. I'd come here again for a quick meal. read more

After eating at Habit Burgers in Florham Park and Parsippany, I had to stop in at the newest one in Morristown. This location is in the midst of a huge shopping area just built over the last few years. Everything here still feels new. I guess you'd call Habit Burger high end fast food. All I know is that the burgers and shakes here are very good! I went with a charbroiled burger with cheese and a strawberry shake. Delicious! Service here was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking. I am not a fan of mayonnaise. When my burger arrives with mayo literally spilling out from under the lettuce and onto the tray. I immediately inform them that there's been a mistake and that I do not want mayonnaise on my burger. They proceed to give me another burger with LESS mayo. At this point and am not going to give them a third try so I ask for a return of my money for the burger and im told that the POS system does not allow returns to be processed. This, of course, is a flat out lie since you cannot run a business without the ability to perform sales and returns. Bottom line is I don't expect much from your burgers, the only reason I went to Habit was for the onion rings. The burgers are now a weird hybrid of white castle slider and a BK cheeseburger along with half a jar of hellmans. Nothing like when they first arrived in the area. First time hitting up this newest location and I'm already liking what I see [and taste]. Grabbed a BBQ Bacon CharBurger Combo Meal with Fries and a Coke and I couldn't have been more satisfied with every delicious bite.   Service here was on point and made sure I had plenty of Ketchup, Napkins, and extra Sliced Jalapeños to go alongside my meal. "It's like Burger King and Smash Burger and Five Guys had a baby." This is a decent place for a quick burger fix, and the flame grilled burgers taste like how you'd want a Whopper from Burger King to taste. The buns were nicely toasted, the patty was well-seasoned, the cheese was melty, but there could have been more toppings. Overall the burger was underwhelming, the fries tasted like they had been frozen, and the Oreo milkshake was thin and very sweet. It's about what you'd expect. read more

A nice burger place. Not too expensive, tastes fresh, and service was efficient. They have kiosks where you can order, or you can order at the counter. I didn't get a shake but they looked good. Lots of options other than burgers, including chicken sandwiches, tuna, and salads. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant a low 2 out of 5. The food is decent, but the service is awful. I had to wait a while before anyone noticed that I wanted to place an order at the register-- it's as though now that folks can order via the touch screen computers at the front, no one wants to take your order. So, if I want my mayonnaise on the side- who do I tell? There is no option for that via the computer screen. Then, when you order- you have to give a tip via the card reader... so I'm tipping you for taking my order? Ok... isn't that table stakes in the food/restaurant industry? Then when my order is ready- my buzzer hasn't buzzed more than 3 times and the same person who took my order was literally clanging her nails on the counter impatiently as she looked at me to get up... I guess I didn't get up fast enough to get my order .. Order to go from this place if you have to. Oh, and my order was off- bbq sauce was not on the side, as requested, and my fries were squished under napkins. read more

The Habit Burger & Grill Chain is nowhere near as large as its national and global competitors and IMO, that's a good thing. Again, IMO, I believe it's because they make everything to order, and they do so with attention to how you order your burger. I ate at THE HABIT BURGER in Morristown, NJ most recently and had the Double Char combo meal. The burger itself was tasty and juicy, and you could tell it did not start out as a frozen patty. Both patties were grilled perfectly and placed on the roll with the cheddar cheese I requested, the lettuce, tomato and onions, along with a nice dollop of mayo. In essence, the classic California cheeseburger with a SECOND PATTY. The store located in Morristown, NJ is probably one of their newest and it's clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the young man at the counter who took my order was considerate as I suffer from hearing loss and could not always hear what he said. Despite that, he answered my questions and ultimately, I received what I ordered quickly. The food was/is delicious and I plan to go back soon. Give this specific store a try; I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more

This was the absolute worst burger I have had in my life. There is no signature taste to this burger. It is underwhelming and unmemorable. The double char burger (with everything on it) is incredibly bland. Shocking that there is no creativity behind a burger from a burger joint. You had one job! I ordered a plain charbroiled cheeseburger with nothing on it just the slice of cheese the beef patty and bun. I ordered via the app on my phone it was quick and a good amount of choices to choose from. The service was great. Friendly staff, great decoration, had a positive experience all around. Every single Habit Burger I've been to with the exception of Parsippany has horrible service. Please take a note from the Parsippany nj location. I would travel there just for the service alone. This store in general is a mess I consistently find hair in my food and when I bring it up to the employee and manager they just brush it off like it's not there issue. And also in the back when they handle food they don't wear any gloves. The staff up front is just plain disrespectful to not only me but other customers on a constant basis . And one of the managers David is extremely rude and disrespectful. Basically saying that it's not his issue that the order got fucked up . And from what it seems to me he is in some weird type of relationship with one of the workers in the back . On an another note I strongly believe they do not clean the drink machines cause whenever I get a drink I always end up finding colored flakes floating around .The floors a greasy and sticky, my arms stick to the table and there are consistently crumbs all over the place. Including there's flies all over the place like it's a dumpster And for a place as slow as this the wait time is inexcusable. After all the fuck ups they made they have not offered me any refunds or remakes. I wish I could get all the time and money I've wasted on this shitty ass store. read more
