I came in hoping to shop and support a good cause, but instead I was met with blatant rudeness from an employee who made me feel completely unwelcome. From the moment I asked a simple question about an item, I was met with an attitude--eye rolls, curt responses, and general dismissiveness. It was clear they had no interest in helping or even treating me with basic respect. What's worse is how they handled a situation with another customer, raising their voice and speaking in a condescending tone. There's no excuse for treating people this way, especially in a place that's meant to serve the community. Goodwill is supposed to promote kindness and second chances, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope management seriously addresses customer service standards here, because no one deserves to be mistreated while shopping--especially at an organization built on goodwill PLEASE DONT COME HERE!

There were only three dressing rooms available near the shoe section, but they were dim and messy with hangers inside. Don't let it close completely after you're done because it locks from the outside. You had to find an associate to unlock them or wait for your turn for 30 minutes. Overall, it was less smelly than Fremont, spacious, and the associates were friendly at checkout. I come here for cute ladies' clothing that are priced $5-8.

I can actually come here and find these items. One thing that bothers me though. They have a knob goblin. What is a knob goblin? Glad you asked. A knob goblin is someone that goes to thrift stores to steal knobs off stereo equipment. Every single amp, every single receiver of any sort of value is missing its knobs. You can find them up on eBay, sometimes for $100's of dollars. We've had one in Almaden hitting up stores for months, Goodwills competitor down the street seems to be doing nothing about it, nor is this Goodwill. To fully stop a knob goblin, you have to catch them in the act on camera. Then show them the video. This is a powerful spell that in actuality will chain their soul to the AV receivers in the store, so the act of stealing and reselling knobs becomes stealing and selling pieces of their own soul. The knob goblin values their soul enough where they will just stop knob goblining, leaving the amps and receivers in tact. Instead they will become good goblins. Goodwill, chain the Knob Goblins soul, and I will reward you with an additional star.

Some of the items I got were a A small milk glass vase to add to my collection of milk glass Cool tea cup. I had originally seen these tea cups on a road trip through Texas, but they were like $23 each so I had to pass. Now I found one for less than four dollars. A cool, leopard zip up bag for my notebooks. I know it's for a laptop or tablet, however, I am using it differently. Love the leopard print on it. Last but not least I found this awesome pair of pony hair, leopard shoes. They will go great with any outfit. In my opinion, I got a very good deal. I spent about $30 for everything. And I'm very happy with my choices.

I've dropped off donations at this location countless times over the years, and this was the first time I had someone walk up to my car and offer to help me unload my donations and kindly point me to the correct bins for where to place things (electronics, household goods, clothes, bags, shoes, etc). He also asked if I wanted my bags back and if I needed a donation receipt. The last time I donated items here, there was a guy working who practically screamed at me "No hangers!" to which I responded, "Sorry, I didn't know." - I put the bag of hangers back in my car but he definitely didn't need to yell angrily. So this visit was 100 times better, thanks to Deshawn. Goodwill, I hope you acknowledge the great and kind employee he is! Friendly tip: I had fragile wine glasses, pint glasses, and ceramic mugs to donate and I wrapped each item in packaging paper and bubble wrap and placed them in an open box. I was told this was a great way to donate fragile items so they don't break. The back parking lot where the donation drop off is located can get tricky to drive in/out of if there are more than few cars back there. It's basically a small loop with about 6 spots in the center. And when people are walking back and forth from their cars and the donation bins and cars are trying to exit or pull in, it can get dicey so a little patience will help!

He opened another box of my items and pitched them through the air across the bins so everything went crashing and slamming into the bins beneath. This was due to my items not being sorted. I cleared out the home of a family member who had passed and explained this to him when I arrived and that I had several boxes of unsorted items. He also hurled insults at me about the items being dirty and nasty. Some of the boxes were dusty from storage but the items inside were predominantly new and still sealed. He took out his phone to film me when I responded to his angry accusations . I got into my car, said "Fuck you," and left.

Products: it's not Goodwill value, it's almost like paying Target prices on stuff, except these are old and discarded. The check out is understaffed making the wait time long! The carts are filthy, so mask up and use a hand sanitizer. I bought two Whiskey goblets for $4. If I paid for a full set at TJMaxx, I'd have paid $10 for new ones. I almost saw a metal rack - I compared it to the one I saw at Walmart - Walmart was cheaper! Not worth a second visit!
