He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to made sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and left the work site clean each day they were there. They did a beautiful job installing the tile! An added bonus is that our floor no longer squeaks. We plan on getting new carpeting in our family room and will definitely be using Carpet Heritage for that and for all of our future flooring needs. It was a very positive experience!

We were shopping around and didn't like any of the places (either because the staff was snobby or no granite slabs appealed to us). Came here and was greeted by Shafi. Shafi was AMAZING!!!!! Super friendly!! Upon walking in, you can tell that their business is good because the phones kept on going off and there were customers in discussing their projects with their salesperson. Now we didn't have an appointment, but Shafi was able to accommodate our initial questions. We were able to walk around and check out their granite and other quality slabs. Let me tell you that they have LEGIT THE BEST LOOKING STONES that they sell!! We could tell that these slabs of stone were of quality. We made an appointment to come back the next day to discuss further the process, pricing, and take another look at the stones/inventory. Came back and he was able to explain the process of how ordering granite worked. We took another stroll around their stone / slab inventory and liked this particular granite that he had showed us and recommended, based on a copy of a photo of the back-splash. We made the order. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you're looking for granite or stone for a project. It was a struggle to find someone to follow through and come inspect the roof in the timeframe I was looking for, until I reached out to Element Roofing. David inspected and diagnosed the issue with my roof in a timely manner, came up with a temporary fix, and eventually replaced my roof successfully in the following weeks. Throughout the entire process, David and Element Roofing were very processional, provided great customer service, and great quality and value. This type of behavior is not what I sensed from him initially when he stood in my kitchen and promised me he was a hands on manager of his crew who would be here throughout. He was here periodically but they were here sux days after he promised they'd be done in 3.5 days max. And, weather played only a small isolated role in that. We are doing a complete renovation of a home from 1898 and it has been a labor of love restoring some of the original features and adding modern conveniences. All of the rooms were carpeted, and one of the first things we knew we were going to do with the house was expose and refinish the hardwood. We were surprised / disappointed to find out when we removed the carpet that the floors originally had an area rug and was stained around - a fairly common practice at the time. What that meant for us was that we would always have a "ring" around the perimeter that was a different color. We were almost to the point of covering with new floor, afraid of what the end results would look like. But Jared was passionate that if these were his floors, he would be refinishing them. I love that personal investment, and I am so glad that we took the chance refinishing! Yes, you can see that little bit of a perimeter, but I am absolutely in love with the floors and all of the character they bring. More impressive was our main entry stairs. The woodworking on the stairs is incredible, and one of the things we most loved about the house, but the entire staircase was completely carpeted. We took off the carpet and it had this awful and impossible-to-remove green glue. Again, after a couple of days of trying to remove it, we were ready to give up on them and re-carpet and after talking to Jared he said "we can do this." So not only did they clean up the stairs completely, but he managed to mix and create the perfect stain color to match the old chestnut on the stairs - a mix of brown, orange, and yellow - depending on the angle you were looking at! They turned out absolutely incredible and are going to be a centerpiece in our home. Overall, I loved Jared's approach to the work, collaboration, and personality. He was absolutely the right fit for us, gave us a competitive price, and we are thrilled with the results. Thanks for caring about our place and giving us floors we will treasure forever!

We highly recommend them as they had the big equipment to do the job right and they really were knowledgeable, professional and polite.
