Main plates took a while and when they finally arrived, my wife's plate was not entirely right (she asked for french toasts for side dish and got regular toasts) and mine was cold. The 40 oz Cowboy steak was ordered at 5:30 pm and served at 6:50 pm--an 80-minute wait. While we understand that this is a thick cut, the delay was never communicated, and during the wait no water or updates were offered. The only "compensation" provided was a small plate of chips, which felt insufficient given the circumstances. To be fair, the Cowboy steak was well executed, and the truffled root mash was excellent. However, both risottos (truffled and mushroom) lacked flavor. A brief apology was eventually offered, but it came late, and there was no adjustment to the bill. In summary, while there were a few highlights from the kitchen, the service and time management were far below expectations, especially considering the price point.
