We have stayed here multiple times and would highly recommend it. Sites are spacious so if you're staying nightly you don't have to unhook. The showers and bathrooms are always very clean. Dog run is nice, but you need stairs down to the run are hard to deal with especially if you have an old one that does not do stairs well also if you're handicapped unable to use. Stopped at the Hacienda RV Resort on our way to Texas after friends recommended it as easy on/off freeway. We enjoyed the hot tub, clean showers, large pull through parking with nice outdoor area/picnic table during our 2 nights visit. We were concerned about freeway nice being an issue (pretty close) but it really was not an issue yes, it's there but was more background noise rather than obnoxious. Stayed here overnight while passing through the area and was very pleased. Very well kept and maintained campground with nice restrooms, laundry facilities, pool and Jacuzzi. If you have dogs, you will be in heaven because they have a beautiful dog run and even a self-serve dog wash! 4th rv park in our live and we all LOVED this park. We kept changing dates and they were able to accommodate us whenever it's available. When we got there, this park is paved, well lighted, front desk feel and staff were nice. WiFi was strong, key card to get in to shower/laundry/bathroom/gym/hot tub. We stayed at this RV resort over New Year's week to serve as our home base while we explored Carlsbad Caverns (3 hours away), White Sands National Park, Las Cruces, and El Paso. I highly recommend this park. It's extremely clean, the staff are friendly, the sites are relatively spacious (for a private RV park), and the sites are set-up back to back; in other words, your hook-up side (driver's side) faces the hook-up side of your neighbor. No more dumping your black tank 5-feet from your neighbors while they're eating breakfast! The setup really maximizes privacy between sites. They have wooden privacy fences between neighbors on the opposite side, so you don't end up in each other's business. They allow you to book "end sites" which is what we reserved. It only cost about $5/per night more than the typical spots, and was really spacious and beautiful. One thing - I don't recall if this was an RV park rule or not, but there weren't any kids/families zipping around in golf carts, scooters, or bikes. That may be a plus or minus depending on your situation, although I'm not going to pretend I miss rowdy teenagers recklessly driving golf carts/scooters while bumping bad music around the RV park (like I've seen in a few other places). We really enjoyed this park and will be back if/when we ever return to this area. read more

Pull-through sites with full hookups. Sites are decomposed granite. Our site was raked and clean when we pulled in. No picnic table. Park has plenty of lighting at night and we felt secure. Also, they state they have night time security and video surveillance. Clubhouse had a nice sitting area. Laundry room was adequate; the washers were pretty small, and the machines were older. Get quarters from the office; no change machine in laundry room. Hot tub looks great; however, it was out of order the entire time of our stay. Wifi seemed to work pretty well. Dog run area had many stickers; after one visit, we avoided it. The park is close to many visitor attractions--Heritage Farm and Old Mesilla, for instance, but it is also close to the highway, so expect some traffic noise. read more

This place is generally complete. The plus is they are close to downtown (maybe 2 miles) in a safe area and you can walk to places like Walmart in 15 minutes. My dings are there are no picnic tables which could be seen as a positive since the sites are so close together you'd be sitting near the neighbors sewer line, the sites are pea gravel so you're dragging in dust, the trash bins could use a fence stone them and the staff has no clue about bus stops, schedules and cost even though there's a stop on the side of the park. read more

RV park is clean, quiet and well located. The staff is friendly and the store is stocked with southwest treats. There's a large, clean hot tub, clean restrooms/showers and a book/DVD exchange in the meeting room that I look forward to with each visit. The lots are level with crushed rock. Bring an outdoor rug or the grey powder from the crushed rock gets tracked in your RV. WiFi is weak. read more

When we arrived we had driven 8 hours so I was looking forward to a shower in the park facilities. It was after hours and when we checked they didn't have a packet left out for us as they did for many others....so no shower or internet etc. since it's a keyed entry to facilities...in the morning we spoke to the young people working the office and they had the wrong dates. We checked our email confirmation and we had the right dates. So with all That said it is a decent park right off the highway for easy access but call and confirm. It's the only RV Park we have encountered not having our space and access ready upon arrival and this was our 7th RV park this trip... but we are old enough to know mistakes happen. The park is clean and the shower had great pressure. The person at the desk was worried about us wearing masks but the bathrooms were not cleaned in the two days we were there. More cleaning especially during these times is in order. read more

Stayed here for two nights. Positives: -Can't beat the location. You're close enough to down town for a 5-10 minute drive to everything. Far enough from highway where you don't hear much of any traffic. -Jim Bob BBQ right down the street is absolutely amazing -Military Discount -Very quiet and clean community -Staff is extremely welcoming and nice. They made it super easy to check in after hours -Really nice spots with privacy fences in between every two and opposite parking for every other. Trees provided perfect shade. Really well thought out layout for sure. -lots of trash cans available for dog poo which was awesome Negatives: -Unfortunately the amount of ants was pretty insane. I feel that part of this is more than likely due to recent rain, but they were everywhere. On the sites. At the grassy dog areas. Somehow into our car. I don't think this a "norm" based on other reviews so chalking this up to the rain. Would highly recommend they have someone spray or bring your own. -WiFi had to be the worst I have ever seen at an RV resort. I am assuming it was our location. Even the extenders were unreliable. Couldn't hold connection for more than 5-10 minutes without getting booted or shotty service. Went to front desk and they said no one else has been complaining about it. I tried on multiple devices. Phones. Laptops. Tablets. Same result. Maybe we were in a dead spot. Not too sure. This was pretty disappointing for the kids who like to end their camping night with a good movie. Overall: Worth the price for the location and tons to do in the nearby area. Other parks in cruces give you quite a longer drive to get to downtown amenities. I'd give it more stars if it weren't for the ants and wifi. read more

Best RV resort in Las Cruces by far. We moved to Las Cruces and lived in our RV for three months. After staying in another RV park, which shall remain nameless, we moved our rig for the last month or so to Hacienda. The place is nice, roomy, level, and with a nice clientele, many staying fairly long term. A bit noisy from freeway, and occasional train, but not bad for me, and I am a very light sleeper who gets really crabby about noise. What really sets this place apart from the competition is the friendly helpful attitude of the staff. We now live in Las Cruces, so probably have little need to stay in an RV park here again, but I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. read more

Clean and level sites. Easy to pull through and hookup. Many amenities such as laundry, showers and dressing rooms, exercise area, hot tub. Since we were here just one night, we didn't use the amenities, but peeked in and they all looked clean and well maintained. Large dog park area with lighting. Recent heavy rains left the ground muddy, so rather than having dirty dog paws, we walked the roads. This park would be excellent for a lengthy stay and I would definitely come back and explore Las Cruces. read more

Nice place. For our site being as close to the freeway as you could get, we were not disturbed by the traffic at all. Park is clean, well maintained, and sites are level. Enjoyed our stay, but only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to no picnic tables, no swimming pool, and sites are unpaved/unrocked. The decomposed granite used on the sites sticks to everything and blows in the air on windy days, which was almost every day. This park is very nice. However, had some issues with key card getting into the laundry room. Office closing up & employee not willing to open the office to fix my card so I can get my laundry out. Zack, obviously saw me knocking & then runs away & when I saw him in the parking lot , he tells me "sorry, we're closed " a vey nice girl helped us by re king our card after hours. We stayed here one night Nov 10, 2021 during the New Mexico mask mandate. The check-in process was cordially conducted outside since I did not have a convenient mask. The staff was intent that the mask mandate be followed. The site was clean, level and fairly dusty. Good night time lighting and quiet. In contrast to the staff attention to the mask mandate, the electronic key cards for the bathroom and shower did not work. We had two cards....one did not work for the ladies bathroom and the other did not work for the men's shower. I think that some of the attention to the mask mandate could have been better directed toward actual detail oriented operation of the resort, especially in the light of the questionable efficacy of the masks. If masks work so well why do we need a mandate? read more

This is a beautiful, well cared for park. Nice, large spots and easy hookups. I like that the towers are center'ish to your trailer/rv. I have learned that some parks have hook ups on the ends of spots and I've decided that that is not the best for me. This park also has really nice shower rooms with 24hr access. Easy to find. I'm told this is how most "nice" RV parks are designed. Packed in like sardines. Two RVs, facing opposite directions, between the "privacy fences." So close to the RV next to you that you can practically count the number of peas on your neighbor's dinner plate. Conversations can certainly be heard if the windows are open. You can try to get a back-in or end site, but good luck with that! There was never an unoccupied site during our week-long stay. The long-term people have the sites that are more private, like ends or back-ins. The standard sites are pea gravel and level. Long enough for our 35' TT and truck to be parked nose-to-tail. You need a card key to get into the laundry and showers. Kind of a PITA. Codes are easier. The laundry room is nice and has 6 washers and 6 dryers. $1.50/load. The 5 individual shower rooms are narrow and minuscule, with no seats or benches, 1 hook, and curtains that are rather nasty at the bottom. The actual shower stalls themselves are roomy enough, but no shelves for shampoo etc, and one tiny little gross metal tray for your bar of soap. There is a hair dryer in each shower room, as well as a small sink. No hand soap, no paper towels. We didn't look at, or use, any of the other amenities. Trash is picked up from your site every morning, but you can take it to the dumpster yourself if you miss the pick up. Our hook ups worked fine, but every new neighbor (3) had issues with the water connection. Oddly, the freeway noise was a non-issue, even though it's right there. We looked at the other parks in town. This is the best one. Can't say that we'd stay here again, unless we could get an end or back-in site. Recommend Indulgence Cafe and La Nueva Casita for restaurants. There are so many places to eat in town, it's hard to choose. Safe travels! read more

We enjoyed our stay here! The park was easy to access with spacious spots in a great location. Only reason I docked one star is because this resort is not kid friendly in the slightest bit. I understand charging extra for kids that are 4+ and able to actually play outside, but we were charged extra for our year old baby who's practically glued to my hip lol. read more

We are first time RV travelers. We found this place through Campendium. We made reservations online and had a call back from an employee to confirm. She was extremely helpful and patient (I wish I had written her name down) We were not disappointed with this campground. The bathrooms, showers and our campsite were all VERY clean. Nice, clean, friendly staff and quiet, however no pool, jacuzzi was green and not operating, no ice for purchase or free as in the last park, and very few sites with tables.
