I wasn't expecting it to be too busy, but I was wrong. There are three services to choose from: 1.) Touchless Automatic Wash 2.) Soft Cloth Wash 3.) Self-Service Wash and Detailing The touchless and soft cloth washes have different options ranging from $10 (basic wash) to $18 (platinum wash with multiple add-ons like triple foam protectant, lava bath, etc.) They also have monthly memberships and packages so you can save $$. You pull up to the designated lane, select your service, pay at the machine, and follow the instructions at the bay entrance. There are also self-service bays for washing your car's exterior and self-service parking spots for cleaning the interior. There's a time limit but of course everyone wants to take their sweet time. There are vending machines for different services like wax, soap, conditioner, rinse, tire foam, vacuum, towels, sponges, glass wipes, etc. Cost is around $1-$2.50 per service and you're paying for every 1-2 minutes. So you have to keep putting money in to extend time... You can easily spend a lot of money here if you're not mindful of the timer. Bring cash with you since most machines don't accept card. There's also a change machine. I opted for the touchless wash. The instructions are simple to follow. It'll tell you when to enter and stop. Once you enter, you put your car in park. The list of washing steps are displayed on a small screen to your left. A robotic arm surrounds your entire vehicle, washing, rinsing, and dispensing any products. The whole process is less than 10 minutes. After the wash is complete, you have 60 seconds to dry your vehicle with hi-velocity dryers... so DRIVE VERRRRRRRRRRY SLOWLY. After exiting the touchless wash, I parked my car in a self-service spot for interior cleaning. Some of the dirt was off my car, but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be... There were areas that still needed attention. I actually finished off the job at home lol. I guess I should have set my expectations accordingly for a touchless wash...it's probably better for in-between washes. I will stick to soft cloth or hand washing in the future. I needed to vacuum my interior, so I paid the $2 for 2 minutes at the machine. The vacuum barely worked and had horrible suction. So I got frustrated and just detailed my car at home LOL. I might try other services in the future...

Wash and dry. Instructions are pretty clear. But no one to wipe down properly with towels. You have to do it. They also offer regular car wash with the staff cleaning at the end. In addition, I do see other customers just power wash (self service) on the other end of the lot. Many service in this car wash. Great place.

They didn't give a fragrance until I reminded them (had the second best service) and payment and setup all took several minutes with no one staffing the space. 10 washes over $10 and you get a free wash (card at the register). The $5 exterior-only wash does not count. Credit cards for over $10.

My 'updated' review is only for the self car wash section…read more MFT has been my favorite self car wash station for a few years, as you saw in my original review, but its maintenance started deteriorating. There are puddles at each section due to drainage issues, most importantly the selection dials (water soap wax brush rinse) are not working properly anymore. In a few bays, dials only work for nothing but water or brush. So, basically you are paying $7 for water, to wash car body, since no one would use the tire brush for the body. A few weeks ago, I ran into this issue and the manager invited me to other bay where 'most' of the selections worked, and he deposited some time for me. Then he promised to replace the not-working system soon. Yesterday, I had the exact same problem. To a frustrated customer, the staff was not helpful at all by saying 'no manager here today'. If the system does not work as advertised, pls close the bay until it is fixed. If none of the bays work, pls close the section of business until fixed. It is not a good business strategy to open the credit card reader while you provide nothing but water or brush while remaining selections are not working.

They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

In my experience, long lines lead to good things, so I tried them out. They've been my go-to folks for car washes since. Here's the hard fact: good things take time. Here, they hand-soap, hand-towel dry, and hand-brush the tire shine (if you want it, that is). Words can't describe the pleasure I got when I watched these guys scrub soap into all the individual spokes of my hub caps. So if you're someone who cares about keeping up vehicular appearances, you're not going to find much better than this place. But waits can be long. My first car wash was a jaw-dropping hour long wait. Most recently, I went on a day with sub-zero temps and nearly drove past it because I thought it was closed. They weren't; they just take two cars at a time with the garage doors closed to keep the workers warm and keep ice from forming during the wash. Depending on what you're accustomed to paying for a car wash, you might also find the $45+ steep (final prices based on size of car). If you're nitpicky about your car, you'll likely find some faults. Sometimes the towel dry off is hurried, leaving a few wet spots. Most recently, I noticed a few tiny brown smudges on my leather seats, presumably from the cleaning solution they used (which came off fine with a good finger rub). But they work SO hard and give each vehicle tons more detail-oriented time and attention than you would get from any automatic car wash.

Even one of his coworkers came in and and said my car is small. Then the cashier uttered something to him and they pointed at a small car across the street. I said you can't compare a civic to my suv. This went no where. End of the day I got the difference back and will consider bringing my large suv somewhere else!
