Obviously upset I must have been pretty loud because the other customers and salespeople are looking at me. I then go on a rant about the poor customer service in this store each time I come to this particular store. I had even stopped and drove the almost 1 hour to Louisville each time I needed something. My advice to the sales people in this store is that if you don't have the customer service skills - which Kelsey displayed that she does not have - then choose another career field. Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location. As I said, we have had positive service before. I just hope this review is seen and a better process is put in place. I am also now waiting for my refund from the cancelled order.

This place is an absolute joke. I went in yesterday to get my commercial account upgraded. They…read morewouldn't allow me to because my license had expired by six days but reassured me if I would go get them renewed, they could service my plan. Keep in mind I live an hour away from the store. I went today and had my license renewed. I came back to the store to which I was denied again saying I had to wait 30 days until the hardcopy of the real ID came in the mail. To assist store managers stood for 20 minutes, telling me they needed a passport from the United States government to service my cell phone plan. I have been with AT&T for 14+ years with my business. This is absolutely unacceptable. I only give a one star rating because there's nothing less and would give a -10 if it were available. Whoever the store manager is at this location, really needs to get a handle on things. There were a couple new employees in training that were super nice and accommodating but overall it is very hard to get help here. I thought it was ironic that the assistant manager said that the only thing they could do was allow me to pay a bill. Maybe they will get a real business plan together soon. I don't know how in the world they keep their clientele.

She check my papers to make sure, they were going to look straight and even. But when they finally came out, the printer was smearing the ink. She tried to clean it and reprinted with no luck. She gave me a couple of decent copies for free, since they were still smudges and smears. She even help find some Erasers I was looking for with the help of another store associate. Truly appreciate their help and knowledge!
