His family has owned a number of restaurants and he decided he wanted to try his hand at a Food Truck. They have a very limited menu to begin with testing the interest of the customers. They're smoking with hickory and apple wood. I ordered The Squealer. A pulled pork sandwich with onions and Smokin Sweet sauce. It came with chips and a drink. The pork was a bit dry BUT had a ton of flavor to it. I will definitely return when they get a full menu going. Talking with Nick they're going to be all about serving the community, that is very important to them.

I was disappointed that the brisket was shredded and prefer mine to be thinly sliced. We tried all of the sauces and I enjoyed the smoky sriracha the best. My husband didn't like any of them. The other ones seemed too sweet and vinegar based flavorings. We both got the sampler platter. The meat itself didn't have much flavor and even after putting the sauce on, it still didn't taste like much. The brisket tasted like pot roast and the shredded pork also didn't have much of a flavor. I did enjoy the chicken wings. I love mac and cheese and unfortunately it tasted like an average frozen mac and cheese from the grocery. I did love the garlic Texas toast and thought it was better than Canes. The food was overpriced in my opinion. But so is everything nowadays. I was still hungry when I left.
