I always get a cortado every new place I go. It gives me a chance to see how well they make a shot…read moreof espresso.... They under extracted the shot a little. It was on the bitter side, but not horrible. I believe they are serving a Brazil bean and it should have a pronounced nutty/chocolate flavor at this level of roast. If the clicked those grinders down 2 notches it would probably be a much better cup. It's an industrial sort of setting, the staff was neither friendly nor rude. Just very average. The potential is there for it to be a great coffee spot!

SOLIDDDD. ooey gooey yummy gouda cheese, classic sausage flavor and im not sure what bread this is but toasted to perfection and didn't cut up the roof of my mouth (like most sandwiches do). YUMd: - caramel latte w. coconut milk. decent latte. now that I've become a regular coffee drinker, I've come to realize I like a lighter and less decadent coffee bean, not so dark and bitter, so I was pleased with the flavor of theirs. I've been switching from my regular oat milk to coconut milk recently and think I like oat better, so I'll have to come back to try it with oat. coconut milk can sometimes make the drink taste watered down to me. service, etc.: the baristas were friendly and sweet. full house on a Sunday afternoon and everyone was grinding out, which was perfect because sometimes I get overstimulated working in loud cafe's. grind cafe's are my fav. minus a star for seat comfort and finicky outlets but that's literally the only "issue"

This place is great!…read more We stopped by on a Tuesday morning, and I was surprised by how large the inside was. It's not gigantic, but I was expecting it to be much smaller based on what I had heard about the place. I ordered the Waffle Latte and absolutely loved it. I would definitely get it again. My wife ordered an iced mocha with an extra shot, and she really enjoyed hers as well. We also decided to try a white chocolate raspberry scone. My wife loved it. I thought it was good, but not quite great. We also ordered a garlic bagel with cream cheese. I really liked that and would potentially order it again, although next time I may try a plain bagel just for comparison. The staff was super nice. They genuinely seemed happy to be there, which is honestly a bit surprising these days when it comes to customer service. The positive attitude definitely added to the experience. Overall, I really don't have much negative to say. Sure, it's a little pricey, but I feel like I say that in almost every review nowadays. Food and drinks outside the house are just stupid expensive these days, so compared to other coffee shops, the pricing here felt relatively fair. Yeah, I don't know. I really don't have many complaints. Great drinks, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. I'm giving them 5 out of 5 stars, and I'll definitely be back.

They have a cozy atmosphere and is a nice spot to enjoy a morning drink. I ordered a blue nose mocha and a believin' berry buzz dirty soda along with a blueberry scone. The scone was subtly sweet and pretty dense. It was a great choice of bakery item. The mocha was super sweet. It almost tasted more like a latte than a mocha. The sugary flavors drown out the espresso bitterness. I'd order something else next time since the sugar rush was a lot. Since Farmington has been known to consume the most Mountain Dew per capita in the US I ordered a Mountain Dew based dirty soda. With all the added flavors of this drink I kind of forgot it was Mountain Dew. Like everything else this was a super sugary drink but was nice to try due to the novelty of the drink.

I was absolutely thrilled when I discovered Café de Paris in Apple Valley. It's surprisingly…read moredifficult to find a truly high-quality bakery around here, and after one too many supermarket "French" baguettes and bake-at-home loaves, this place was exactly what I'd been looking for. The bread is fantastic--crusty, fresh, and authentically French. They also have an incredible selection of beautiful pastries, cakes, and other classic French treats that look like they came straight out of a Parisian pâtisserie. And the coffee is absolutely exquisite. One thing that always makes me smile is that while the pastries look and taste authentically French, they're definitely American-sized! They're enormous. If you're hungry, you're in for a treat. More often than not, I'll enjoy half of one there with a coffee and take the rest home in a box for later. It's a wonderful little café with a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to sit and unwind. If you're in the Apple Valley area and looking for something a little different--something with a genuine European feel--I can't recommend Café de Paris highly enough. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I only stopped at the counter, checked out the offerings, and picked up a few things to go. The place was nice and charming but the seating didn't look too comfortable. Listen, it's not about the chairs. This is a gem of a cafe with excellent baked goodies and desserts. Indulge and enjoy!
