He is consistent in his work, has very fair in pricing with a patient first mindset, and makes every visit enjoyable. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and fluent in both English and Spanish, parking is easy, and they are all timely and on top of things. What sets this office apart from others is the level of care I feel Dr. Hadidjaja puts into me as a patient. He walks me through everything step by step and checks in to make sure I'm comfortable throughout each appointment. He is also very friendly and has good energy which is helpful during more intense appointments. I've been to other dentist and ortho establishments where the doctors change, they are not attentive, it feels disorganized, and they only care about the money. First let me say prior to my visit, I hated dentist period. I was referred to Dr. Hadidjaja by my boyfriend. I scheduled an appointment and to my surprise he's by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Before this visit I never believed that there was a such thing as a painless treatment, boy was I wrong. After my check up, I was told that I had 3 cavities and I was a nervous wreck because the numbing in it self can be so painful. The treatment began and I never felt the numbing and when the numbing wore off still no pain. He's very soft handed and simply amazing. I have never met a dentist that was honest. Last dentist that I visited was western dental and they said I had gingivitis, which was false. I supposedly needed a whole bunch of extractions. I was being pushed to get implants by prior dentists and this dentist was actually giving me solid, and reasonable recommendations for my teeth. Turns out I just need a root canal and crown. I woke up with a excruciating wisdom tooth ache. I called about 10 dentist asking if I could come in, they all said not possible. Walk ins not allowed and I had to make an appointment before I could go in. Then I decided to call here and it was the best decision I could have made, not only is the staff super friendly but they actually care about u. The receptionist told me there wasn't any open appts available but if I was in pain I could come in. I got extremely happy to hear that after getting turned away so many times. The place was clean! Furthermore, of all the times I have visited I have never left disappointed, if anything, I've left satisfied and happy knowing I have an ultra friendly dentist I can fully trust with my pearly (off-)whites, he's caring and professional and his office is always spotless.
