The bedside matter of the dentist could definitely be improved by at least 90%! However, I could hear him having a conversation with other patients. Maybe it was just me , but I certainly don't think so. The office staff was ok & the office was clean... Saw a woman coming out of there in excruciating pain and lots of bleeding by mouth. Complaining that there was no numbing before they extracted. That should have been a warning for me! I'd like to compare it with an assembly line. Dentist goes from room to room, leaving people waiting with their mouth open . [[HIGHLIGHT]]Didn't explain what they were doing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Didn't see the unit before or after it was installed. It all happened so quickly and he was off to the next victim. I had lots of pain as well. He never asked how it felt or care about the fit. Apparently he was in a hurry! And the cost was not the same as quoted. All the previous reviews must be by family members or the staff as none of those things were applicable to me .Don't patronize this place find someone who cares. read more

I went to Dr. Bina after researching dentists around my area, as always my first time visit to any doctor or dentist is filled with questions and some expectations of how is going to go. I arrived at my appointment the front office girls are very pleasant and nice, they have complimentary water (bottles) while you wait. When I meet Dr. Bina, he was very courteous, introduced himself and allowed me to explain the reason for my visit without interruption, once I explained my issue (irritation and inflammation around a dental piece I have, he proceeded to explain what I needed and how the process will take place, I was given anesthesia which by the way I did not feel at all, major points on that one alone. After about 10 minutes once I was fully numb, he and his assistant proceed to work on me. he had a gentle hand and made sure I was under the less discomfort as possible, the whole procedure (Gingival flap procedure) took about 20 to 25 minutes, I did not experienced much pain or discomfort at all. After the procedure I went home with stiches that I needed to keep for two weeks, no problem as it was a necessary step to the solution. I was given an appointment, and went back two weeks later, again I did not waited long before I was already at the chair (eager to get the stitches out (it was two weeks of everyone telling me I had food on my teeth, haha), the removal was quick and painless to the point I did not needed to be numbed. Dr. Bina made sure I understood all he had done and sent me home relief that I had taken care of a problem that could had gotten worse with time. Professional, friendly, caring and personable, are words that describe Dr. Bina. I for one will be going to him moving forward for all my dental care needs. read more

Worst place ever. Took my son in October. Dr walks in has him open his mouth and says he needs a specialist. No x-rays were done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Veronica who is in charge of referrals said she would find a facility that does both child dentistry and ortho.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to call several times to get the referral.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She refers me to a place in Bell. I have to wait a month to have my son seen at that facility. Once I get there they inform me they can't see him because his doctor did not have notes on his referral. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I call Veronica that same day and she makes it seem like that facility is being the difficult one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She said she would find me another facility. This dentist made me TRAUMATIZED about having any work done. Because of this dentist I decided to never go back and have any work done. I ended up in the ER after my deep cleaning they performed. Very rough and careless on the quality of work they provide. I am now paying out of pocket to go to another dentist who showed me what a dentist should do to make their patients comfortable. Please if you can avoid coming here please do. Such a terrible dental facility. The front desk also harasses you for appointments as well, all MONEY HUNGRY!!! They also lied I needed all this work done and now at this other dentist I get told I do not need it. Please save yourself a headache. read more

I was recommended to Dr Bina's office on Paramount Blvd a few months ago when I was having a horrible toothache. His staff was super nice and took me in right away. The front office coordinator Veronica went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure and the pricing. Poor Dr Bina has been fixing tooth by tooth that Dental Pro messed up. My teeth are a mess. But soon I will have a beautiful smile because of Dr Bina and pain free!! read more

After calling three times and being told I should receive a call back all three times someone finally " helped me". Her help was telling me they only take emergency cases. He resolved an infection I had that was an emergency and has gotten me ready for ortho treatment as well. He also recommended me to a great orthodontist. I am like many who don't like going to the dentist, but I do every year for my cleaning and necessary work and have no problem doing so as long as I see Dr. Bina. I have been seeing Dr. Bina for the last 30 years and would never go anywhere else. He is very kind and gentle, especially with "dentist-phobic" patients (my sister). His assistants,Yolie, Alma and Jackie are AMAZING and are the best!!! Maura, his Office Manager is also great, as well as, Veronica, his scheduler. Dr. Bina has been my dentist for over 20yrs , he has put in 2 crowns, and as done many cleaning on my teeth. He is very honest and has always been fair in his assessment on my dental work. All the employees in the office have been very helpful, and have great customer services. This is why I would never change my dentist because he listens to the patient before he gives his professional opinion. That why I have recommended him to my friends and family members. First visit was advised that I needed mouthguard, charged me $450. Scheduled a second visit instead of giving me a quote for something he was advising I needed he did the work with no approval and charged me $250 Never again! That was the last and final time I would ever go there and advised my insurance company. read more

Don't even deserve 1 star! Dishonest and unprofessional!! This office attempted to charge $250 for a service that was a co-payment of $40. After my insurance contacted them, the dentist said that he didn't recommend that service because it would be useless for what I needed. If he hadn't recommended it, it wouldn't have been on the treatment plan they gave me but since they couldn't rip me off, then they didn't recommend the service. This is not the first time this has happened to me with dentists which is why I always check with my insurance before agreeing to anything. This is one of the main reasons I fear the dentist because so many are dishonest just like this office. read more

Extremely unprofessional I called to make an app they told me to come in between 11-11:30 am and that it would only take 10-15 mins. I got there at 11:15 and it's 12:05 and still waiting. People walking in and out. The receptionist said that the other people had appointments but then what did I have. Staff was extremely rude as well would not recommend this place. Dr. Bina is very detailed with his work and his assistants are so nice.
