The tow truck driver drove my truck through a tree. Then proceeded to drive erratic running a red light, going 60 mph through construction area. Let dispatch know as I was following. They said to take pictures along with tow truck driver when we get to the destination. When I told him about what happened he got I'm the truck and left. I have tried for hours contacting the manager and I've been humg up on, transfered, told he will call back and NOTHING! This business is shady. They need to deal with their mistakes. This is the worse place on earth my car was sent there by a police officer because the registration was expired the car was there for about 26 to 28 hours almost charged me 600$ and on top of that they stole my tools from inside the truck and also some car battery's I had on the back looks like they went tru the whole car looking for more things to steal I told the guy that I wasn't happy with what they did he said make a police report and tell them that your old dirty clothes were stolen let me know if they take your report serious and hung up the phone on me ignorant people that workss there to come up with peoples properties I hope one day they pay for this kind of things they do not trust this people beware and prepare read more

Very poor response time AAA assigned them to me. AAA's always been reliable. I called for a simple lockout call and told me the ETA was about an hour. I waited a whole hour and thirty minutes with no updates whatsoever so I call the tow company when she answers the phone she was very friendly no complaints there, however when I ask for an update on the driver it sounded like they never even dispatched a driver and told me it'll be roughly another 30 minutes there's no reason I should have to wait two hours just for the driver to get here... in my honesty opinion they just need to up they're response time /: read more

This is the WORST tow company I've EVER dealt with. My 76 year old mother in law broke down yesterday, this is whom AAA sent out (5:30/6pm). My husband sat was with her tracking the tow truck, and 2 hours later it showed he was now still stationed in the same location he had been for the past 45 minutes. After calling AAA to complain they finally arrived at 8:55 pm (only to have the old run down tow truck break down in front of them). The driver proceeded to say that they would be sending another truck out, but it would be about an hour because he was out in Lynwood?!?! They finally towed into the driveway shortly past midnight. I needed my race car taken to a local shop due to an upgraded suspension with caster cams so I was very nervous about who AAA was going to send to tow her there. You can't just stick this kind of car on the back of a tow truck and go with it. First there was confusion as to which driver was taking my car because a regular tow truck and a flat bed tow truck came well that happened to be my neighbor needed a tow as well. What are the chances of that lol. Well my neighbor had an all wheel drive so he got the flatbed which left me the regular truck...yeah not going to happen and the driver more than understand as to why and he kindly hunted down another company flatbed. Only took 20 mins to show up...AWESOME! My husband had talked to the gentleman first. They set a plan. Very nice guy, knew exactly what kind of cargo he was getting ready load. While loading he paid very close attention to each step of the way. (Low riding car with blow exhaust) I was very pleased and felt very comfortable with him hauling my car. We got to the shop and there was confusion as to where to drop my car and the tow driver just took it in stride and was very patient and polite the whole time. Once we got everything figured out he dropped the car as carefully as he loaded her and I was extremely happy and relieved to see someone actually care about the job he was doing. He gave us compliments on the car and he left. I can't tell you how happy (FOR ONCE) I am at this company and its employees. If I'm in Rancho or within their area I will go out of my way to make sure they are the company that comes to my towing rescue!! Well this goes out to anyone wanting to use Hadley tow company in Fontana or Whittier. I had an incident at my residence in Fontana. I had made a call to the owner of the Fontana yard who works out of the Whittier yard. His name is Mark Hasen. The incident happened last month on the 26th. My first call to the Whittier yard to talk to the owner was made on May 2nd. Today is the 20th of May and I have yet to receive a call from him. This tells me only one thing, he could care less about the people that give him business. All these reviews must be by friends. These people are so unprofessional and rude. I spoke to 2 employees at 2 different locations and both had nasty attitudes. Oh did I mention 1 of the employees Ray said he was the manager. He refuse to give me his supervisors number. He said his manager left and he doesnt know when he will be coming back. After asking several times I was then given a number to corporate office and Maria answered the phone and she was rude. I asked to speak to Rocky (supposedly Rays supervisor) She told me "NO" and after taking a deep breath because I was at work I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that her manager wasnt there and I asked when will her manager return and she said "I dont know he is in and out" Dont believe these reviews. My car was in Redlands at a shop getting paint touched up. I was very upset when I received the call from my tech telling me that Vincent from Hadley Tow hit my vehicle while it was parked at the shop and there was damage done to my car. Thankfully there were witnesses and pictures were taken of the damage. I called the manager of Hadley Tow, Ray to see about them fixing the car and was given the run around. Each time I called I was placed on a very long hold and then hung up on. I couldn't get in touch with Ray nearly never. My auto tech had been going back and forth with him after sending pictures of the damage and stating he had 3 witnesses seen him hit my vehicle. Ray was suppose to provide a rental car for the inconvenience of me now being without a car for a week and fix the damage his driver created, but that never happened. Instead he argued with my auto tech stating he wasn't going to pay for all of the repairs needed even after the photos were given and witnesses were there to the point I had to get involved and call every hour and spent my whole day trying to get him to correct his mistake. Finally I contacted my insurance company being Ray would not pay for the damages to my car. I had to pay money out of my pocket to get my car back. I now have to take legal action against this shop, and my insurance company has assured me with the amount of evidence I have against Ray I should be able to recoup my costs back. However the loss of work, the stress and the rude treatment I received cannot be fixed. Someone needed to hold Ray and his staff accountable for the damage done to my car. I would never use this company. They are not honest nor trustworthy! read more

Terrible customer service. I called them for a tow to move my vehicle to another space at a storage facility. They told me 20 minutes. Waited for an hour, then called them again. They put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called again, and they said the driver should have been there. Waited another hour, finally gave up and left. They sent a flatbed out and needed a dolly type because of no key so they couldn't get it out of gear....Other tow guy too lazy to come out so the tow driver had to rely on youtube to explain how to disengage the trans at the shifter. Needless to say got home and after key was made it won't move out of park. Called Hadleys 5 times....had Ray to come out in 2 hours, never showed nor called. Called the 5th time and he hung up on me. Have a complaint in with AAA and writing this complaint and going to the BBB. They need to repair what they broke! My car ran when it was parked! DON'T EVEN THINK TO USE THIS TOW COMPANY! I was on my way to an appointment when my tire light when on. I got off the fwy to get an air check and i heard a noise. I stopped at a gas station and my tire was completely flat. I was only 2.6 miles away from the tire shop. I called AAA and they sent over Jay from Hadley Tow. They said he would be there in 45 mins. He got there in 15 and put my spare on in 5 mins. I made it to the tire shop before they closed. This was the best experience I have had with a Tow company. If i ever need road assistance I will make sure to call Hadley and ask for Jay. read more
