She was stuck in traffic for over an hour. After finally getting to AAA, she was treated awful by a staff member who was in my opinion, using her power against my mom for no reason at all. Long story short, my mom was turned away because they said the documents, she were not clear enough. She was treated as if she was stupid, and the staff member should be held accountable for this. She ended up going to the West Springfield one a few days later and they told her that the documents she had in Hadley were fine, and they don't know why the staff member turned her away. In my opinion, it was an abuse of power and sometimes when people are given power, they take it and run with it. Please hold this employee accountable for these actions.
