Wednesday I ordered a tire. (run flat) The manager examined my tire. The manager came back in and said he would order my tire. Well, he ordered the wrong tire after he went out and examined it Friday I come in for my tire to my surprise, he ordered the wrong one after looking at it a second time and wanted to charge me $574. Tire sensor light came on as I drove to work this morning in downtown area. So drove into this Goodyear to ask for help. Gentleman at desk told me to bring car over to have the tires inflated right away. So nice to find such a professional and helpful business. Would recommend them without hesitation. read more

set an appointment to get an inspection completed. the next morning was advised the ONLY person who could complete the inspection was on vacation and would not be back until next year. I ask the person on the phone if they could reschedule me elsewhere for today since it was not my fault and I was unaware no one would be able to complete the inspection. the person who answered declined and told me I would have to do that myself. a total disappointment. seemed to not care at all. read more

Took my vehicle in because of some issues with it pulling to the left on the road and some drop in gas mileage. Goodyear calls me the next day and quotes me almost $1000 for a full brake job which seemed off. So I go ahead and take it to another, more reputable, store and they quote me $695 for something different entirely which turns out to be what I actually need. I needed a new tire fast for my mothers car before I left town and they got me in and out in under an hour.

Friendly service and was willing to help at the last minute. The people were honest. I had a nasty nail in my tire and they found out that it didn't go through all the way. I worry that other places would have just taken advantage of the situation and would have told me I needed a new tire. read more

Wife hit a curb and bought two new tires plus an alignment. There is no way they even touched the alignment and on top of that they put their dirty greasy hands on the interior and ruined the armrest on the drivers side. Have had multiple negative experiences at this place. They will try to sell you unnecessary stuff/repairs and will take advantage of you, especially if you're someone with limited car knowledge. Been here twice. Both times it was with an urgent tire issue, and both times I got immediate help from friendly, responsive, knowledgable employees. Today I pulled in there with a dash indicator light coming on, showing that something was wrong with a tire(s), and one of the employees at the front desk came out immediately to check all my tires' pressure for me. It turned out I had a tire with a screw in it that needed a repair, and we got it scheduled and fixed today. Very pleased and grateful for the immediate help. I will definitely go back. read more

I am a college aged woman and I feel as though the workers at this location took advantage of my lack of car knowledge to sell me the most expensive tire for what I needed. I came in needing a tire change and requested that the tire match my other tires. Later in the day I was called and I was told this would not be possible so I tried to take my business elsewhere since this is what I wanted, but they said they had already taken my tire off and that wasn't an option. They charged me $377 to just put my spare tire on and give me a super expensive new spare tire that won't match my other tires. The biggest issue with the whole experience was that the workers would give me short answers and keep me in the dark with what was happening with my car. I had to have my boyfriend and my dad both call to even know what was happening with my car and to have someone be taken seriously. I couldn't see what I was paying for until after I had already paid and the worker told me that the $377 was the price for the new tire and the service when they has actually added on lifetime warranties and other packages I never asked for. read more

I dropped my vehicle off for transmission service and received a call approximately 45 minutes later that they had backed another car they were servicing into my vehicle. The Goodyear corporate folks took care of the repairs without question, which included two days in the body shop and a new bumper, but it was a logistical hassle. The local Goodyear guys did the bare minimum - admitted fault and filed a claim with Goodyear corporate. They even refused to comp the transmission fluid change and instead told me they'd give me a free oil change upon my next visit. Thanks, but we both knew there wasn't going to be a next visit. I wasn't looking for a handout, but they offloaded a problem they created onto me and my schedule. I get that accidents happen, but it seems the least you would do is offer to comp a $150 service to try to make things right. Do yourself a favor and go 2 blocks down Gervais St to Bill and Patrick at Complete Car Care for professional service. read more

Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for an oil change the same day. Friendly service. Came back a couple of weeks later and asked if they could change the license plate on my car. I know it must have been a 2-minute service for a man with the right tool but I still didn't expect to get this service for free. Very satisfied customer. read more

I went into Goodyear knowing *exactly* what I needed done. I told them, they checked to confirm, and did it without trying to sell me any extraneous services. Maybe I got lucky today, but they didn't appear to be very busy, so it looks like you can just drive in and have them start working on your car immediately. They were extremely courteous and did serviced my car at an extremely reasonable price. They even wished me a happy Easter (which is tomorrow). read more
