Great customer service. Went here for a slow leak on a tire I bought at the Garners Ferry location about 6 months ago. They said about an hour and they would be done. After about 40 minutes the service technician told me they couldn't find any leak to repair after they put the tire in the bath to locate the leak, at 80lbs pressure. I told him that maybe pumping it up that high and checking the valve stem will fix it. Much better experience here than at the Garners Ferry location a few weeks ago! This is now my Discount Tire location of choice. read more

I love Discount Tire. I used them In Arizona and took a chance they would be just as good in SC. They have an air station and they evaluate the density of your tires. Mine are still good but they suggested rotating them because the back tires wear down quicker than the front. They are honest and reliable and prices are always good. Love them. read more

Came in to Discount Tire for what I thought was a simple repair on my 2026 Tesla. The team, especially Manager Rayshun and Mason, were outstanding! The technician noticed there were actually two punctures side by side and helped me get a brand-new tire instead of just patching it. Don't waste your time coming here. They never have any parts in stock. I ordered 4 new rims and had to wait 2 days for them to get there. I made a appt for them to be installed. I had my car dropped off at 115. They never installed my rims, didn't rotate the tires and didn't say anything to me just let me leave. I didn't realize til I got home I never received my new rims. I came back to see why my car wasn't serviced all day. One person told me only 2 rims were in and the next said all 4 were in the back but they wouldn't install them because they were closed. Don't waste your time coming here. Keep your receipts and check your car before leaving if you have it dropped off because they won't tell you anything. Worst experience ever. read more

I had just had a set of new tires put in my truck by another company and pulling heavy equipment got a low pressure on driver rear tire. I was close to this location and limped there. I was met with a friendly, enthusiastic bunch of guys who were quick to offer their help. The valve stem was the issue. My tire warning light came on. It said I needed to add more air to my tire. I added air to the tire and the light went off. Then a few miles down the road the warning light came back on. I went to Discount Tire to get it checked out. The assistant manager Rashad helped me. I stated my problems to him. He immediately took action. He checked my tire pressure on all tires. He checked my TPMS. Then he told me to move my car to an area where they could check it with the machine. The end result was He added air to all of my tires. Then reset my tire sensors. Since I had run flats they said to drive slow and they would wait for me. i was on my way to Greenville. I tried to make it the 10 miles but it was super flat, so it had to be towed. Purchased online. Cleaned my wheels before dropping off. Communication was great and they were done by the time we got done with lunch, about an hour and a half. Noticed right away they didn't clean up after themselves and chipped my wheels in several places. The gunk they use to seal the tires was all over the place. One of the rear wheels had weights coming off because they were mounted too close to the edge where you would hit them when cleaning the wheels. I requested not to use impact wrench, but was ignored. I requested the lugs be torqued to spec, not sure if that was done, but the last time when I had a flat I could not get them off by hand. I have been a long time customer of Discount Tire. I always get road hazard included. Their policy is free tire rotation when you purchase tires for the life of the tires. I had a road hazard claim for one of my tires so they ordered the tire and I made an appointment for it to be installed along with a tire rotation. Once I finally was put into a bay for service 25 minutes past my appointment time they said that it would take too long to rotate the tires and they were not going to do it. The reasoning is because my vehicle is a dually you have to remove the tires from the rims to rotate. This is why I specifically made an appointment for the rotation. There were 2 managers on duty and Jonathan G. is not the one who said not to rotate the tires. The other manager was out of site in the office. I am a dissatisfied customer and will no longer go to this shop or any discount tire for my vehicle needs. Last note time is as important to your customers and it is to you so you need to make a better effort to be on time as you want the customer to do the same. read more

The ONLY "COMPLAINT" I have is the fact they DON'T OFFER WHEEL ALIGNMENTS!! I purchased 4 NEW Jeep TIRES (which isn't cheap) & now I have to go somewhere else to get the ALIGNMENT. It's actually "MIND-BOGGLING" that they sell tires but do NOT do WHEEL ALIGNMENTS!!! It's "COMMON SENSE" to have an ALIGNMENT done on your vehicle when you literally spent a FORTUNE for NEW TIRES. I highly recommend purchasing the "Extended Warranty Certificate(s)" because most tire WARRANTIES do NOT cover damage deemed a result of "Vehicle MISALIGNMENT". Money hungry sales people! BEWARE!!! They'll tell you one thing over the phone but when you get there they'll tell you something different. I needed one tire! I called to see if they had it in stock and they did. When I got there, the rep said I'd need 2 tires because the tread was worn. My tires were less than 2 months old, I ran over something on the interstate and busted one. When I told him I only wanted one tire, he then told me they didn't have any tires that could support my car. He tried explaining why but then suggested I go up a size in tires and get 4 new tires. I asked him how he initially said I needed 2 tires and pulled things up on his computer but then said they didn't have any tires to support my vehicle BUT suggested I go up a size and get 4 new tires. I asked for my keys and left. I guess due to COVID-19, they are really hurting for money and only want the sale for 4 tires instead of one, so they'll lie and tell you anything. read more

Did someone miss Lugnut Day Training. Offered great prices on tires, however I found out when I took my truck to another Discount Tire in Rock Hill for my first tire rotation that this store had cross threaded two studs. How do you do that? This is all you guys do? Take off lug nuts, mount/balance, hand thread lug nut onto stud, thhheeennn you zip them on with the air impact. I had to take off work today to get two studs replace and still have two tires that have not been rotated. I am now very concerned that studs were cross threaded on my other vehicle that I brought to this store. Very disappointed with Discount Tire, will not recommend. read more
