During that time, the same technician frequently performed work at my home. I later found myself being attacked online by the wife of that technician, who referenced personal information about me and my home that had only been shared while he was working inside my house. Learning that information discussed during service visits had apparently made its way outside of a professional setting raised serious concerns about customer privacy. What was even more troubling was the company's response when I contacted them about it. I reached out because I was upset and believed the situation warranted attention and accountability. Instead of looking into the concern or attempting to address it, the company immediately cancelled my membership and dropped me as a customer. After being a paying member and loyal customer for well over a year, it was extremely disappointing to see the company choose to remove the customer rather than address a legitimate privacy concern. That experience left me questioning whether customer trust and accountability are truly priorities when problems arise.

I had Atlantic Pumping come out 15 months ago to pump my septic system. The guy came out and what I…read morethought, pumped the septic. He told me when he was finished and I gave him a check. (There's a certain amount of trust that should be expected with company's when they provide a service for you.) Than 2 days ago one of my toilets made a gargling sound so I opened the septic lid and it was completely full. There is only three of us living in the house. So I called another septic company to come out and look at the whole system just incase there was a problem with the drain field or anything else. They came and looked over everything and as I thought the system is fine. I was told that it looks like Atlantic Pumping didn't pump my septic system but charged me for it. The man from the other company told me that it would be almost impossible to fill that septic in 15 months. I am so disappointed that someone would come to home and take advantage of me like that. My best advice to anyone is to stay away from Atlantic Pumping.

They were very accommodating in getting me a service person fast as it was holding up a tile installation. They quoted me a price to remove and replace the flange which I agreed to. When the time to pay came, I was told there was a $65 dispatch fee added. I was told that it cost them money to send out the trucks for a service call, and that all the plumbing companies do it---not sure first time I encountered this. I questioned it as repair people in my NJ home area charge a fee to come to the job, BUT don't charge it if they get the work. This was not the case with MGD, so in reality the total cost is $65 higher that what the actual job cost. They said they informed me when I called, but I don't remember that. I think that it's a deceptive way of increasing your total bill, and they should reconsider eliminating that charge if they get the work. In my opinion it is not a good way to do business. If all the plumbing companies do the same thing, I might have to learn to do it myself.

They diagnosed the problem and were able to repair the system in about an hour. I am pleased to have my water pump operating in a normal manner.
