We had a new ceiling fan and light installed in a room where there was none, had a proper fan box installed where a fan was installed without proper support, fix three-way switches, put in a new outlet for a gas range vs. electric, remove can lights and switches we didn't want, and change "switched" outlets to always on. They usually book out a bit, but it's worth the wait.

However it took over four hours to determine a new compressor was shorted out for the second time and having no clue as to why (they ignored a manufacture recall). "Bad luck." The manufacturer informed us the new HVAC unit General sold us was over one year old and had a recall for a valve that caused the compressor to overload and burn out. The distributor and General was notified. General in our opinion is a waste of time and a waste of money. If they had an email address to contact them I would have given them an opportunity to defend themselves prior to this posting.
