Still waiting ... Also, Mr Appliance said the cover for the water filter was never removed, which is not true. We had guests staying in our house during our repair who agree with us and saw that the cover had been removed. We also all looked at the spiral pieces of plastic in the screws that had been shaved off by Kyle when he used an electric screwdriver to replace the cover. I don't appreciate being made to sound like a liar. Don't gaslight me, Mr Appliance. I know what I saw.

I even went to the address listed in Apple Maps and they had moved. The call center is a gd nightmare. I must've called them five times to explain our situation. They tried to overcharge me for a warranty. They tried to charge me for parts that weren't needed. They promised me an appointment and then moved it back five days. A second tech had to come back a different week. One of the techs missed a diagnosis and also canceled one of the appointments. He was overtly very frustrated with the call center as well and it resulted in an unpleasant demeanor. Family of five without a dishwasher for weeks is very stressful. Taylor is great.

Jeff discovered with a camera that the duct was disconnected in my finished basement ceiling. An unfortunate predicament, but they fixed the issue and I no longer have moisture, lint, and cat hair filling the ceiling they also upgraded the vent cover while they were here, which is heavy duty and will last forever IMO. I got it out to do a project and the stitch length was off and the machine only wanted to go in reverse. Weird. So, I took it to the store and the guy asked me about it, took my contact info and that was it. Nothing else was said, and I left it with him. I waited a few days and called to follow. I talked to a woman.NOW I'm asked if I had made an appointment. What? You never mentioned an appointment when I called the first time. NOW I'm told that it would be 10-12 WEEKS before he would even look at the machine. No one ever said that. (Actually the man who check the machine in hardly talked at all. Expensive service call yielded zero results. We have two CO detectors in our house, one upstairs,…read moreone in the basement. Both went off within seconds of each other just after I turned up the furnace in the morning. Bethke sends a tech out, I need to wait there and miss work, so that's not helping. Guy gets there, immediately makes up his mind that my detectors are faulty because they are old. Does a simple check for CO at the heat exchanger exhaust and the outlet into the ducts and comes up with a low CO reading. 20 mintues later, I'm $240 lighter with no real answer as to what happened. I checked my CO detectors later and they were working. So... I paid $240 for a half-assed, incomplete diagnostic by a monkey with a 5-gas analyzer. If I did that as an auto mechanic, I would be through. Do yourself a favor and call another company.
