But, I DID have a fantastic experience dealing with this crew. I got hit by an Amazon driver. Not the actual blue truck. A contracted vehicle. So, the process was LONG. Very LONG. But, after a referral from a Lexus repair shop up north that we visited for my wife's car, it was the best decision I have made in some time. When searching for a repair shop, it is tough to know what to look for. I can't speak for you, but I didn't have the time nor patience to vet out every repair shop in Denver. And, I wasn't in any mood to do so with a busted up ride. So, I decided to go on the referral, my first impression when I walked in, and a couple referrals online. If reading this, and your car needs some work, stop looking around. I will save you the time. Although I am not any body shop expert, this is the best place I can imagine going to. I will be recommending this shop to anyone of my friends or network who has an incident, and will be taking my car there for any future work. Because I was dealing with Amazon and their third party insurance, I was concerned about the admin side of things, and getting stuck with charges at the end. Jordan was behind the counter and assured me that she would handle all contact with Amazon and insurance, and all rental admin stuff. They gave me a ride to the nearby Enterprise initially, handled ALL admin stuff for the months in between, took the rental car back after giving me my ride, and even fixed a windshield crack on their dime that happened on their watch. Jordan was fantastic in keeping me updated on the insurance company's very slow approval of supplements to the repairs. Steve runs the place, he seems like a great dude, and you can just tell that he runs his business in an ethical and fair way, and that his crew is trained to make each customer happy after their unhappy car incident. I don't recommend getting hit by an Amazon driver. And I don't wish your car to need auto body work at all. But, I DO recommend, if anything unfortunate happens to your prized vehicle, in taking any repair work to this place without hesitation.

I came in without an appointment and without hesitation one of the employees came out and assessed the damage and then had his "paint specialist" look at it too. After rubbing out the surface scuffs it was determined that there were some superficial scratches that they immediately took to the back and buffed out. I expected to be charged a fee for their services, when I inquired what I owed I was told that they were happy to help and that I didn't owe them anything!! Like as if they didn't take into account I raised these concerns the first day I got my car back from them. There were also paint issues, but I didn't say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed properly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they'll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work. They said things like "robots build these cars nowadays" and "the money went to parts only," among numerous other ridiculous statements. They expected me to believe them and go about life, but my car didn't have these issues before they did any work. I would avoid this body shop. They don't overpromise and under deliver, they do what they say they're going to do and if anything they over deliver. From their communication to the work they do, this is an excellent shop across the board and one I highly recommend doing business with if you need work done on your vehicle. The entire process was painless, which is not easy to come by, especially with so many parts on backorder, especially for foreign made vehicles. They made me aware of this possibility and fortunately that wasn't the case whatsoever. Not only did they fix the outside of my vehicle, they detailed the inside of my vehicle and outside, allowing me to pick up a fresh new vehicle that was well worth the money spent. Lastly, I'm the exception as most people would've went through their Insurance and if I decided to do so, they have a great relationship with USAA.
