I came in for a warranty repair, which was directly handled by the manager. The manager, Jim, and the receptionist, Ashley, were both very kind and helpful. I expressed my concerns and Jim immediately installed a temporary fix, so that I could drive my car. This is the only reason why this is not a one star review. Then things started to go downhill from here. I decided to use this location for my warranty repair because of the amazing first impression, knowing that I had to do the drive up from Colorado Springs. First case of poor communication: There was a mild miscommunication between the receptionist and I because she had the impression that I wanted to do the repair in Colorado Springs, even though, I told them that I wanted to do the repair with them. This pushed the repair date by one week, so I let it go. We rescheduled to the following Wednesday. Second case of poor communication: I spoke to the manager on that Tuesday to confirm our meeting on Friday (my fault for the wrong date) and the manager said yep sounds good. When I came down, they expressed that they were expecting me on Wednesday. I took this as my fault and let it go again. We rescheduled again for the following Friday. Third case of poor communication: I came up on that Friday and was told by the manager that the parts did not arrive and he would not be able to fix my car. This was when I realized how poorly this team communicated with their customers. The manager could have sent an email or called me, to reschedule for another date but did not. At this point, I was already frustrated that it was the second time driving from Colorado Springs to Denver to not get my car fixed. The manager brushed off the issue like it was nothing and then stated "if I had the parts, I could fix it in one day". I said fine, then rescheduled for the following Monday. Fourth Case of poor communication and a new issue of over promising while under delivering: I dropped off my car and got a rental for the day while waiting. Around noon, I decided to call and get an update on my car. The manager stated that they could not get the car fixed because they were understaffed and that I would have to come back on Tuesday to get the car. At no point did he bring up the fact that he should have called me to tell me that, instead of me requesting updates. At this point, I already had lost trust in them to be able to communicate with me and then felt like I was lied to when he stated the he could fix the car in one day. For anyone wanting to get their car fixed, pick somewhere else that cares about their customers enough to not lie to them and communicate with them in a timely manner. This has left a bad impression for me with Caliber, especially when the manager, Jim, doesn't take responsibility and doesn't fix his mistakes. My experience has been extremely subpar and disappointing in terms of customer service at this specific location.

My insurance (of course) suggested I go to one of their "network" body shops, but I wanted someone who would put my satisfaction first. And oh boy, Nadia was the one for that! She got us in the day we called, and dealt with the insurance company herself. She put genuine Subaru parts on our Forester, even after the insurance company only allowed for no-name parts, and ate the difference in cost. I dropped it off that next Monday, and because she knew I was paying for the rental out of pocket, it was done by EOB that Friday. The repair looks flawless, and I'm pretty sure this is the cleanest my car has ever looked. Nadia kept me updated throughout the entire process, including when she was able to save me money on my deductible by not changing out my rims which were plenty scratched before I got hit. I noticed after I had arrived home after pickup that my front license plate had not been put back on--the front plate is required in the state of Colorado--and since I had Nadia's personal number, I was able to contact her right away. That next day, a Saturday, she went into the shop, met me at my home, and put it on in minutes. Nadia genuinely cares about her customers and the quality service they receive. She made a stressful situation that much easier and I will happily recommend her to anyone.
