When my car sustained body damage, my insurance company suggested this company for the repairs. I did a quick look on Yelp for reviews before I agreed to go there. Now, just after picking up my car, I want to add my own review. For starters, the rep, Conner, gave me a thorough explanation of what was needed for my repair. He gave me a time line of all the steps required for the repair. During the week in their shop, Conner texted me to give me progress report. All in all, I found this company to be extremely customer friendly, professional, and thorough in their performance of the work. IF I ever need body work again, I certainly will choose this shop. I chose this location for its proximity to my home and based on other reviews I read here on Yelp. read more

When I first interacted with the people at this location, I thought I should definitely give them a 5 star rating when I got home. I'm glad I waited til the end of the repairs. I came in for a warranty repair, which was directly handled by the manager. The manager, Jim, and the receptionist, Ashley, were both very kind and helpful. I expressed my concerns and Jim immediately installed a temporary fix, so that I could drive my car. This is the only reason why this is not a one star review. Then things started to go downhill from here. I decided to use this location for my warranty repair because of the amazing first impression, knowing that I had to do the drive up from Colorado Springs. First case of poor communication: There was a mild miscommunication between the receptionist and I because she had the impression that I wanted to do the repair in Colorado Springs, even though, I told them that I wanted to do the repair with them. This pushed the repair date by one week, so I let it go. We rescheduled to the following Wednesday. Second case of poor communication: I spoke to the manager on that Tuesday to confirm our meeting on Friday (my fault for the wrong date) and the manager said yep sounds good. When I came down, they expressed that they were expecting me on Wednesday. I took this as my fault and let it go again. We rescheduled again for the following Friday. Third case of poor communication: I came up on that Friday and was told by the manager that the parts did not arrive and he would not be able to fix my car. This was when I realized how poorly this team communicated with their customers. The manager could have sent an email or called me, to reschedule for another date but did not. At this point, I was already frustrated that it was the second time driving from Colorado Springs to Denver to not get my car fixed. The manager brushed off the issue like it was nothing and then stated "if I had the parts, I could fix it in one day". I said fine, then rescheduled for the following Monday. Fourth Case of poor communication and a new issue of over promising while under delivering: I dropped off my car and got a rental for the day while waiting. Around noon, I decided to call and get an update on my car. The manager stated that they could not get the car fixed because they were understaffed and that I would have to come back on Tuesday to get the car. At no point did he bring up the fact that he should have called me to tell me that, instead of me requesting updates. At this point, I already had lost trust in them to be able to communicate with me and then felt like I was lied to when he stated the he could fix the car in one day. For anyone wanting to get their car fixed, pick somewhere else that cares about their customers enough to not lie to them and communicate with them in a timely manner. This has left a bad impression for me with Caliber, especially when the manager, Jim, doesn't take responsibility and doesn't fix his mistakes. My experience has been extremely subpar and disappointing in terms of customer service at this specific location. read more

These guys are disorganized and held onto my car after I released it for 3 days. I took my car there after being rear-ended. The insurance company recommended them, so I went ahead and had it towed there. The car was totaled. The first time I had tried to clean it out I arrived an hour before closing and they told me there was no way I could access it. The lot it was being kept in was just behind the office and was no bigger than my back yard. The gate was even open, but there was "no way and it was dangerous to walk back there". I come back the next morning and instead of pulling out the car like they said they would they walk me back to the same lot that was so full and inaccessible. I clean out my car and I'm told that they will release the car and I'm free to leave when I'm done. 3 days later, I have not received the compensation from the insurance company. They tell the insurance company that it was never released. Luckily, I was able to get on a three way call and release it, but my payment was delayed 3 days because they did not release it when I told them. These guys do not do their job well. read more

I would love to be able to write a review about their actual work, but this is about their lack of professionalism. We need an estimate for a new bumper, so we called several times. No answer during business hours. So we stopped in and were told they don't answer because they are busy and don't need any more business right now. So, instead of telling this to us on the phone, or returning our calls, they just ignore potential customers and then tell them to go elsewhere when they make the trek to find out if their phones are broken? I had gotten an estimate from my dealership and was going to contact them to have some of the work done. I tried calling them three times to schedule an appointment and they never picked up the phone. So I decided to get a second opinion at Caliber and see when they could schedule me. I was able to make a walk-in estimate appointment within a week. I told the estimator I wasn't concerned about the minor ding in my fender, but wanted to get rid of the paint transfer marks and replace a missing wheel well clip. The estimator not only told me they could do this for me right away, but that it would be done as a customer courtesy for no charge! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. My vehicle was sent to this shop to get repaired. It was deemed a total loss and I was told told to pick up my items from the car. I was in any other for a few weeks so I couldn't do that asap. When I did get back to my vehicle, most of my belongings were missing. Of course they say they aren't liable. But it's also convenient for employees who are thieves. read more

My current body shop is swamped with work so I decided to call caliber to see if I could get in the shop sooner. Definitely not a good experience. Rude and not accepting cash repairs. I guess I just stick with Arapahoe Collision and Mechanical. Probably do a better job anyways if this is how they treat their customers. read more

So disappointed in Caliber. I have used them in the past and was over all happy with them. Took my car in to get a quote for out of pocket repairs today and was told we don't do out of pocket repairs anymore, only insurance. Never was a problem in the past. Took my car to this place based on reviews. Customer service was horrible and the staff had attitudes. The car was towed there because of damage and wouldn't start. They allowed it to get towed there and then said they wouldn't fix it because it wouldn't start. I had to get it towed to a mechanic, who said it just needed a battery charge, which Caliber Collision claimed they did. I drove it back over from the mechanic and they said they couldn't take it for two weeks because a person was going on vacation. Why do they not have more than one person to complete work? I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting good customer service or helpful people. read more

Perfection. I am quite OCD and have been a professional detailer for years. My 2019 looks better after repairs than it did off the show room. I asked specificly to make sure panel gaps were right and they're tighter than factory as well as consistent across the board. We took my car here because my husband backed into my friends car when he was backing my car out of the garage. Conner is the one who did the work on my car. He was wonderful. He kept my husband updated the whole time and finished my car in a timely matter. When we picked it up he went over everything with us about not washing it right away and to wait a month. Have made several attempts to get an answer on reimbursement for rental expenses but I can not get an answer. I stop in and left a receipt, have made calls, but still no answers. I don't even get a return call. I feel as if I'm being blown off. Poor customer service if you ask me. If the answer is no, so be it! This location was phenomenal. They got my car in so quickly and did a beautiful job on replacing my damaged bumper, paint and lights. I got my car back in no time and received updates through the whole process. Amid the corona virus we have had our share of good days and bad. There were times of uncertainty, confusion, and anxiety. Now imagine damaging your car. Your only means of transportation to keep your livelihood amongst these unprecedented times. If you are anything like me you would have felt a bit defeated after a 12 hour day and then a collision that left your vehicle compromised. This was my first claim I had to file where I wouldn't be able to have my car for work and I didn't quite know where to turn. I called a few of the closest body shop in my area and can't stop thinking how lucky I am to have stumbled upon this wonderful team of highly capable individuals. First impressions go a long way and the woman working the front desk was patient, understanding, and had my best interest at heart. She asked if it would be safe enough for me to come in, if so, they would be able to help me assess the damage. Drew my Service Adviser thoroughly looked the car over with me and was able to give me a estimated time of when the car could be finished. While I was checking in with the front desk they were able to work with my insurance company to schedule a rental car to pick me up! It was already late in the evening and time for them to close; my rental car wasn't going to be there for 10 minutes. My service advisor waited with me for the rental car to get there even after they closed for the day. The auto body technicians at this location are second to none. The technician was kind enough to call us periodically throughout the repair to give us updates, and he was very respectful of the fact that we were out of town for most of that period. I wish I could have given the place five stars, but unfortunately their poor front-of-house service precludes that desire. We went to the shop this morning to pick up our vehicle, and while the process ran smoothly up until we remitted payment, everything seemed to grind to a halt after they were paid. The young lady who was supposed to show us to our vehicle was too busy flirting with a customer to actually help us. And I know what you're thinking, store manager, "how do you know she was flirting?! Maybe she was just providing some customer service!" It's not all that difficult to know what flirting is when you see it, and she was practically girding her loins for the vicious pounding they were about to receive. The fact that the other two women at the counter were watching her and giggling like a pair of schoolgirls confirmed my assessment of the situation, but even if we were to dismiss her clear attempt to make sure her "dance card" was full, she still completely disregarded the growing line of customers at the counter. I wish I could remember her name so I could put it in this review, but I tend to quickly dismiss the names of vapid, useless people. After waiting a few minutes, we realized that she clearly doesn't care that customers often have to take time from work to pick up vehicles, so we set out to find it ourselves.
