This business did not finish repair on my two vehicles that I brought to them. My new vehicle had damages that were not there when they took my vehicles. I have called a number of times with no reply from Nate. There were smug hand marks all over both of my vehicles headliners. Broken handle to open hatch that they tried to glue, gas tank cover was removed and the part was thrown in the back of the vehicle and so much more. read more

Still have not gotten my $9,000 returned to me. My insurance company paid Nathan Evans in good faith but no amount of asking for my money back seems to work. I'm a senior single female so because I'm not strong enough to muscle it out of him myself I'm just one of the latest victims. Don't be fooled, find another repair shop. read more

Posting this here too. Anywhere anyone can see reviews of this place deserves to know who they truly are. If you want any type of bare minimum customer service, do not come here. Owner dodged my calls, texts, and messages for a week. Same with messages left on the shop phone. Turns out that when I ended up having to go down there myself, my truck had sat in the same spot the tow dropped it a MONTH earlier. Funny thing though is that Nate told us 4 TIMES that it had been torn down and paper work submitted to my insurance. 4. TIMES. If that's what you consider customer service and professionalism, I have nothing else to say. Was going to go through the process of blacklisting but not worth my time - by the looks of it (0 employees, hardly any customers), business will be under faster than it takes Nate to finish a single vehicle. read more

I 110% do not recommend this place what so ever. Maybe years ago when they were on 70th and Washington with those owners. I had zero complaints my car got fixed, even extra was done I was treated with the most respect, very professional and got everything done so quickly. Got my Hyundai back looking better then before I had even bought it!! I had referred many people here and they had great experiences as well. So thinking I'd get the same kind of experience from having been a loyal customer I now brought my Range Rover in to get the hail damage fixed. I brought my car last June of 2022. This was a new location, Nathan Evans said he was the new owner that he parted ways from his partnership. I was told it would take a week and a half to get it done. Nathan had my vehicle until middle of August 2022. During that time he put me in a loaner. In the middle of summer that had no ac in 100 degree weather. Nathan promised multiple times to get me a new rental, promised to fix it, whole month never did anything. The days we had planned to meet up he would last minute cancel on me and then not respond for a week. Now in August I told him I was getting off at 10pm I could pick up the vehicle. He waited till 11:30 at night to text "hey are you going to be up for awhile" I was already asleep I had to be up early. I get a call next day from his "assistant" saying they were on their way to my house with my vehicle, I wasn't even home. I told them the lack of communication was very unprofessional that Nathan and I never discussed dropping the vehicle off that he texted very late and I was already asleep. I then get a message from Nathan about how he's not unprofessional he wasn't texting me in the middle of the night to be weird he just thought I'd be awake to get my vehicle, a whole hour and a half later then when I said I'd be off. But again nobody said he was unprofessional for texting me in the middle of the night. It was the lack of communication that I said was unprofessional. So I get my car back unfinished. Two young kids I've never seen before drop my car off, again unprofessional. So he said the hood was being delivered when it came they would get me back in. My car had scratches all over the sides from bumper to bumper. The inside wasn't detailed even though it's in the contract when returning your vehicle. There was dirt all over my leather seats, hot glue gun glue all over my entire car. I asked why my seats weren't covered and why my vehicle was returned with scratches and all he could say was they aren't finished, the paint work hasn't been started and my seats weren't covered because the roof wasn't getting replaced. It would be all fixed the next time around and my car would come back looking brand new. I trusted them because why wouldn't I? They did such an excellent job in the past?. WRONG! 2 months later I never once heard from Nathan. I finally asked for an update on getting my car fixed October 19,2022. He responded with let me check. Didn't get a response again. I then texted again on October 30th saying it's been 10 days what is the update?? Again no response. I finally said I hate to take it there but I feel like it was a scam to get all this money out of my insurance just to not even fix the vehicle and I was calling the better business bureau. I finally get a response saying my car would be in that week to get it all fixed. So now it's December 4th I finally get a response from Nathan passing me on to a new owner named Anthony reassuring me that I'm going to get red carpet treatment they got a whole new team who is better and more professional and my car will get back to be better then brand new. Again I trusted them, gave them the benefit of the doubt. So they said it would take 2-5 days to fix my car. Said we would touch base on the 15th of December to make sure we are set for the 18th. 15th comes around no response. Get a last minute text on the 18th saying my hood that came in was damaged and we would have to reschedule. Typical. So December 29th comes and he wants to fix the vehicle. I drop it off January 3rd. I then get my vehicle back on January 19th. In the parking lot of inspecting my vehicle there was even more scratches then the first time, my windshield still wasn't fixed , my back bumper light still wasn't fixed with now added scratches and scrapes to my bumper and my interior was again still not detailed like promised. This was at 10:30 at night again after work so I couldn't talk to anybody, I shot Anthony a text. I didn't get a response until 2 days later asking to meet up to "discuss my issues". We could meet up the following Saturday January 27th at 1pm to go over everything to work on getting it fixed. I again gave them the benefit of the doubt. So it is now, today, the 27th. I get a call at 11am only 2 hours before saying Anthony could not make it something came up. Go figures. I lost money so I could be in town for this meeting just to last minute get cancelled on. read more

This buisness receives and missapropriates checks provided by insurance companies. Do not use under any circumstances. Nathan Evans is not someone who should be trusted to complete an insurance claim. My insurance company provided Hail Pro CO with a check to fix hail damage on my truck that WAS NOT COMPLETED by them.It has been made clear that Nathan is withholding payment from one of his subcontractors, causing a significant delay in the return of my vehicle. it's been nearly 3 months and I have been told that I am now responsible for getting this subcontractor paid so that I can get my vehicle back. If this is not the case, I need to be contaced regarding how to fix this and recieved my vehicle ASAP. read more

These guys are amazing! They went way above and beyond what is expected with their customer service. I had some hail damage on my cars roof and hood as well as a side quarter panel that someone had sideswiped me and left without leaving a note. At that time I had Geico for insurance. I had unfortunately previously made a claim through them and had a horrible experience. I in no way shape or form wanted to have to deal with Geico again. Ray and his team took care of everything! I did not have to speak the Geico on the phone even once throughout the entire process. They did an incredible job, made sure that Geico covered my entire claim and had my car back to me superquick. I highly recommend hail pro PDR for any external repair needs!! read more

Chris, Ray and the rest of the team took wonderful care of me. I was in a car accident with my personal car, that lady's insurance paid for a rental car (but not the insurance), and then the rental car got hit by hail. Terribly annoying situation. Highly recommend. We're from Nebraska traveling to Denver. On our way here, we got hit with a rock and needing a whole new windshield. I called this place around 7-8pm. Joe was amazing! He walked me through every step of the way and reassured me they could do it first thing in the morning. All they needed to do is pick up the new windshield from their warehouse. Very friendly and quick service that was no longer than 50min. read more

Ronnie was so awesome! He made everything work around my schedule/ special requests and he actually responds. At no point did I feel like I didn't know what what happening to my car! Highly highly recommend them. They fixed my car in less than an hour and it looks brand new. I felt like I was going to cry because one dent waS really bad, along with 5 door dings.
