You can tell the owner put a lot of heart and and soul into the look of the place. Hannah was very sweet. She listened to what I wanted and didn't get "scissor happy" with my long hair. I asked for an inch and a half off, some long layers , and face framing. She did just that. Styled my hair the way I asked as well. I felt beautiful leaving the salon. The reason I docked 1 star from the review is for 2 reasons. The first being that I felt it was the most expensive "trim" haircut I have ever paid for ($97). The second being that the owner does bring her large dog into the establishment and lets it run free while clients are in the salon. The dog was fairly well behaved and didn't try and jump on me or anything like that. But it did approach me at my salon chair. So if you were allergic to dogs or afraid of them, this may not be the place for you. Not that the dog being there would have deterred me from coming but I would have liked that to be communicated with customers prior to booking just from a courtesy standpoint if clients were allergic or afraid of dogs.

The first time I went, the stylist was smart-mouthed and didn't do what I asked for. I decided to give them a second chance, booked my next appointment online, even took a screenshot of the confirmation, and took time off work -- only to show up and be told I wasn't on the schedule. I missed work and still didn't get my hair done. My daughter also went there once and asked for permanent hair color. They told her they only use permanent color on clients with gray hair, and gave her demi-permanent color instead -- not what she asked for at all. Between the attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor communication, this salon has lost our business for good.

I actually quite liked the way the back turned out, just not the front. I chopped it all off into a pixie. I'm not mad. It's only hair and I usually end up not loving my hair cuts, which is why I don't tend to cut it often or spend money on it. I was just hoping that if I went somewhere like this I would love the results. Will I be back? Maybe, but it's not because of anything other than I hate spending money on my hair. I'd recently had a bad experience with someone I'd seen for a while. During covid, that person seemed to be rushed, didn't give me what I wanted, and even made the statement that she didn't have to work if she didn't want to. The final outcome left me with patchy highlights and an expensive trim when I wanted lots of layers. At SAINT, Jessica understood exactly what was wrong with my current "do" and knew exactly how to fix it to give me a beautiful head of hair. She was so intuitive to what I needed. My cut and highlights really were to perfection and almost two months later, I'm literally still getting praises on my hair.
