Asked her if she could tell what the previous stylist did and she said yes. Told her "perfect, please just mimic that and cut off 1.5-2 inches" During the cut the stylist never adjusted my middle part to make sure everything was center prior to cutting. Didn't question it since she said she was from a very famous high end salon close to NYC and had been a stylist since 2009. The end shape was kinda like the photos so I didn't say anything at the time. The next night after I washed my hair I noticed a section of hair that was longer than it should have been. Brushed it off but then kept thinking how the stylist never checked to make sure her cuts/layers were even. Checked to see if things were even tonight and was horrified. The front of the cut is definitely not even. Can't speak to the back since that's not easy for me to see. Highly disappointed bc I went with a stylist that was highly reviewed on their appointment booking app.

Jen did my facial and nails, and she was great! The facial consisted of cleansing, steaming, exfoliating, and moisturizing, and my face was glowing when I was finished. I loved my manicure and pedicure, and Jen was fun to talk to, which is always nice when you're getting your nails done. When I smudged one of my fingernails as I was leaving the spa, she was happy to quickly fix it up again. Overall, a great experience.
