I received an automated confirmation text two days prior, so I had no reason to believe there was an issue. When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

That is the businesses fault in dropping the ball on taking her availability off and on my way to the appointment I'm told there was no availability there were no accommodations provided and the phone operator was blatantly rude. I am not interested in returning EVER as your unprofessionalism/lack of accuracy online. After I was told she is unavailable I checked the site to try an book her again and it said available, if this business was professional they would update the site after my bad experience which did not happen. She placed Me with Sarah. I get to the salon and Sarah greeted me kindly. I showed her 2 different pictures. She said ok, she shaved my sides but the sides were not tapered like they were supposed to be , she started cutting it and like the 1st picture, which was longer than the second picture. She messed that one up and tried to cover it up, I agreed to go shorter like the second picture which was quite a bit shorter and I walked out with a short flattop for a freaking man. I just left yesterday getting a Brazilian blowout along with split end repair deep conditioning and trim my hair is beautiful, healthy and soft being a curly haired girl it's hard find in a stylist that takes care of my hair CORRECTLY she has truly saved me from the damage and bad experiences I had with others and her comforting words and overall customer service goes above and beyond I get an amazing service with wonderful quality time for advice and girl talk I am so glad I came upon her !
