The next person available wet my ENTIRE back while washing my hair; her reply was "I hate when that happens". Once that was over she told me she doesn't even wash hair. She brushed my hair with a regular paddle brush from top to bottom...This was the worst blow out of my life. During this all I did not see anyone disinfect anything before or after use.

My facial was in a clean and relaxing room where Alexa did a great job exfoliating and using a botox facial on me which helps my skin feel brighter and tighter.
