I've been to high dollar/top rated salons and stylists who specialized in color and color correction. I've left those same salons/stylists crying with deep disappointment over their work and the state of my hair when they were "done". When I went to see Maddy, we had a consultation where she sat and talked with me about my past experiences. Without ego, she explained how we could lift my hair color, minimize damage, and still accomplish the blonde tone I was looking for. I took the risk and let me tell you, I am so grateful I did. She nailed the color with my first appointment, and I have never been happier with my hair. I've been back for root touch ups, and overhauls of my color. Maddy always suggests the best options for my hair health, keeps me informed of what's new with color options, and keeps my hair budget in mind. I've really learned to fully trust her; she's definitely my hair hero. The entire Salon is so cute, and they use great hair products. I made an appt online for a new client cut that came with a complementary hair mask. My appt was with Jade. She was fantastic! The place was clean and modern and the vibe was relaxed. I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. As a mother of a special needs kiddo it was a much needed reprieve and she gave me the pampering I needed! Will definitely be back if I'm still in Roseville the next time I need a hair cut.

She acknowledged the issue and agreed to repay in weekly installments. Unfortunately, those payments were inconsistent, and only a few were made. Recently, received a message stating that no further payments would be made unless I removed my original review. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and manipulative, especially coming from someone in the beauty industry who is trusted by clients. We haven't heard from her in two months since the text message was sent. It is now over nine months since this incident occurred and has not been resolved. As of today, I am still owed money. I believe it is unacceptable for any stylist to use intimidation to silence honest feedback rather than making things right. Furthermore, I question why the salon owner continues to allow someone with such unethical practices to operate under their roof. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. Clients deserve integrity and accountability--this experience has been deeply disappointing.

Seriously, the best haircuts I've ever had, that make it worth driving from the Bay Area. While at college, I had to try some other hair stylists and they just don't compare, to the point where she could tell they had done things that weren't in line with what I usually like. Her intuition for what you're looking for is spot on, and she knows how to kindly suggest what will and won't work best. Plus, when I was interested in color but am on a college student budget, she didn't hesitate to give me the best at-home suggestions. Not to mention that she's extremely personable, kind, and takes the time to really get to know you and check in on your life, no matter how long it's been since you last came in. I had my make up done by Dora and coincidentally I had met her before at crossfit. She was so amazing that not even a month later I came back to have my make up done by Julia. Then it was love at first sight! Julia as amazing! She has done my brows, lashes, makeup for me and my entire bridal party for my own wedding and her sister Joanna is also just as amazing.
