So I made an appointment totally expecting to pay for it. She was like uhm the color is free. I was like "say what". She did a great job this is more me, and I really think I am done trying to put color in my hair. She was very happy I gave her the chance to fix it. That to me meant a lot. Most stylists get tuddy when you point out things. Not Teresa she was like ok let me fix it, and she did just that. This is for sure my new salon! She cut it even too, it's a little shorter than I expected. However it will grow back faster that way, plus it's even:) I plan on returning to her to keep my hair right and tight. Per usual the service is always really good, and I enjoy talking to her. Stylists are counselors and don't even realize it lol. My daughter will be visiting soon and I will add pics!

All in all very satisfied with her customer service. The only other small thing is I had to pay for the service in the main line and it was super long - not her fault, but just an FYA.
