Rubi was a sweetheart considering I was a few minutes behind from being a little lost in the area (new resident!). She immediately greeted me with a smile and offered a beverage prior to our appointment, was a doll/extremely personable throughout, and was patient as I shared with her on which color I felt would work best for my touch up. Completed the pre-arrival form. All this only to be asked to move my appointment to 3 other slots that don't work for people who work normal office hours. Salon cancelled my appointment, then says they can't Venmo me back my $50 deposit as only the owner has the account. Directed to call salon to process a credit card refund. Don't we all love the risk of giving businesses our credit card details over the phone? All this effort to have zero services executed. What a joke. Stay away.

Erica is a great listener, she took time to evaluate face shape discuss pros and cons of different looks, hair texture etc. and then proceeded to give me the most amazing shampoo I have ever experienced. I needed root coverage on white hair with a Schwarzkopf color. Was told ,"The more upscale salons were farther away." A couple of business owners recommended Jaimee , but not the salon. It was so close that I tried it anyway. The atmosphere in The Fringe Salon was how it had been described, all business and unfriendly. The woman attending the desk was too absorbed in her paperwork to even look up at someone coming in, and when she did, it was without a smile or greeting. When I took a seat , no one asked me for whom I was waiting, nor offered me a bottle of water. Jaimee was worth it. She was a good listener and worked with me on the color and a brand she was not familiar with. I was delighted to find she was not one of those, "We only use these brands here." She was polite and kind , willing to learn what it took to help and please a client. She studied , showed me the product , did not substitute. And, she offered me water. I now have happy hair.

Lyndsey is fantastic with color and a master at taming my wild mane. Lyndsey and Kayla are very accommodating with busy schedules and easy to work with, and the atmosphere of the salon space is cozy and inviting.
